Perfect stay
As soon as we waked in we said, "We're booking this again." As a tourism marketer, a life-long Floridian, and someone who've been staying in private accommodations for over 20 years all over the country, I can tell you this is an exceptional stay, an exceptional property in an exceptional location. It's a beautiful house that celebrates Florida, located on a crystal clear river running from Weeki Wachee Springs. The house is perfectly outfitted with everything you'll need (and a bit more). And the hosts couldn't have been more accommodating. The location is perfect, and the house, both upstairs and downstairs, is extremely relaxing. Plenty of entertainment as first-time kayakers and boaters pass by. Even though you're out in the country, there's plenty of good restaurants nearby (and a store or two if you forgot anything). Evenings are completely quiet. And a trip of the crystal clear river won't be forgotten. We brought a small, motorized inflatable and went up to the springs and out to the Gulf, but you can rent a boat near by. Kayaks are on property. We also brought our off-road bikes and went through the nearby Weeki Wachee Preserve. Overall one, terrific stay that combines alot of fun and games with complete relaxation.

Great vacation
We have stayed at a lot of properties before, but this house surpasses them all. Its location is fantastic. The house was immaculate, there is nothing that you would ever need. We would have coffee in the morning on the upper deck and watch the manatees swimming down the river. They supplied the kayaks, which was a great deal of fun.

We had an unforgettable stay at this gorgeous home right on the Weeki Wachee River! Tonya and Toby are fabulous hosts. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the property. The house is spacious, impeccably decorated, and has all the comforts of home. The large windows offer stunning views of the river, and the outdoor deck is perfect for relaxing while watching boats and kayakers glide by.One of the highlights of our trip was the kayaking! The river is calm and crystal clear, making it the perfect spot for paddling. We enjoyed hours on the water, exploring the beautiful surroundings and even spotting a few manatees. The house also provides kayaks, which made everything so convenient and fun.Inside, the home is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials, and the living spaces are cozy and inviting. This rental truly offers the best of both worlds – a beautiful home with incredible riverfront views and easy access to outdoor activities. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

This is the perfect spot on the Weeki Wachee for manatee viewing and quick access to hospital hole. The kitchen is well equipped for in home meals and family gatherings, friends too! Hubby says thanks for the prep table next to the grill! Probably the best guest home I’ve ever seen or stayed! Thanks for your quick response when we had questions.

What a grand time and fabulous home!
We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Toby and Tonya were thoughtful, responsive, and fabulous hosts. The house was decorated in a fun and festive manner (both for the holidays and for the location). Our adult daughters loved the themes of their bedrooms! The view off the deck of the Weeki Wachee river was fabulous. We loved that the view looked to the Weeki Wachee protected land and not another house. The deck afforded us a lot of great people watching during the day as paddlers and boaters went by and peaceful evenings and mornings without a soul in site. We even saw a manatees almost every day! The house was the most well-stocked and outfitted we had stayed in. The kitchen had a wonderful array of spices and other pantry staples and just about any cooking utensil you could hope for! It was very handy to have the washer and dryer as well. We loved the hot tub and the screened area with the large sectional sofa. But our favorite part by far was the SUP and they kayaks. The waters were so clear!I highly recommend Toby and Tonya and their home. We would stay with them again in a heart beat!

The house and property exceeds expectations! We had everything we needed at our fingertips and the owners really go above and beyond to think of all the little things you might need while staying. Great location!

Best location on the river
We had such an incredible stay at this beautiful home on the river. The house is perfectly located just down river from Roger’s park and just up river from hospital home, this means all the wildlife that moves between the the river and the gulf has to pass your balcony. During our ten day stay we saw so many manatee, dolphins, otters, incredible birds and butterflies. It was amazing. The house itself is beautifully decorated and included everything you could ever need and more. The seating area and beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. The small details like makeup wipes in the bathroom and a stocked pantry really made all the difference. We will definitely return to this slice of paradise as soon as possible!

We visited about 1.5 year ago and wanted to return. The house is spacious. clean and comfortable. Its very well equipped. The location on the river cannot be beat. We are able to bring our small dog and we enjoyed our stay once again.

Fantastic Trip
We had a fantastic week kayaking, swimming, paddle boarding and boating in the Weeki Wachee River in Florida! There is a large section of the river that is truly magical with the softest white sand, clear turquoise blue waters, and an exotic jungle backdrop. We saw a total of 23 manatees, 2 river otters, 2 water snakes, several turtles and many fish in the river. Being the house is right on the river, we were able to watch manatees swim by, people watch, kayak, paddleboard and swim whenever we liked. The house is wonderfully stocked with everything you need and labels/instructions galore! Beds and furniture were all very comfortable and loved the turquoise and manatee home decor. The best space is the very large screened-in porch! We lived in this space... dining, playing games, relaxing, watching the river and relaxing in the hot tub. The owners are wonderful and are very responsive and answered all my questions I had before and during our stay. Highly recommend and we definitely want to go back!
