I've stayed at this hotel many times, as I have family in Republic. It's clean and well maintained, including the pool and hot tub area. The staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars

I've stayed here several times. It probably won't happen again though. While the staff is wonderful, the facility is in major need of some repair. There is nowhere to sit down outside. They say it's because people would hit the benches if they put them out there but unless you put them in the middle of the driveway I don't see how that's even possible. The pool/spa area needs to be closed down until it is repaired. There are chunks of cement missing around the spa edge and very few of the Jets even work. The water fountains in that area while even if they're supposed to be closed off not to be used are disgusting. They look as if someone threw up in them and nobody bothered to clean it and the bathroom in their pool area is even worse.

It was clean enough, and though limited, the breakfast was okay. Comfortable and not busy. Being right by the train tracks led to some noise, but it wasn't constant. While not a 5-star hotel, it was a nice enough place to sleep.

This property is conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and many dining options. The staff is wonderful. The Continental breakfast Is quite nice. They do clean the rooms each day however vacuuming seems to be a rarity. the spa is actually open during visit this time but is in desperate need of repair. There are cracks and chunks missing from the cement around the edge of the spa and only one jet actually worked. Also, there was no place for us to sit down when we were outside.

Feels Like Home

My son and his new bride live in Springfield. This is where we stayed for the wedding. Until they find a home of their own, we will plan to stay at this hotel when visiting. It’s off the beaten path just enough to make you feel like you’re in the country, yet a large Walmart and several restaurants are less than two miles away. The pool and hot tub are both very large and enjoyable. Great place to stay! I highly recommend!

This property is FINE but nothing special. Staff was nice, the most basic breakfast options (pasteries from the dollar store, thawed biscuits, etc), simple rooms, and amenities. The concrete on the pool and hot tub are deteriorating a bit and the rooms have an “old” smell that reminds of the renovations that likely are soon needed. I believe the only option in Republic so we stay for the convenience but if the prices don’t soon adjust for the quality of the ptoperty; it’ll be worth it for us to drive from Springfield or Branson.
