When we checked in Friday, we were informed that there would be no housekeeping service during our stay, but that fresh towels would be available at the front desk. At $329 a night in Hadley, MA, this is a meaningful discrepancy from normal expectations.

We were accused of doing something we did not in fact do. I was disappointed bc i felt i wasnt listened to bc of a misunderstanding. I was punished to the maximum and i feel its bc im a person of color.
