Liked the location of property. It was in a quiet area and there was not a lot of traffic to get to the hotel. Room was nice and it was perfect for what we needed.

Hotel was very clean and nice. It was near the airport and shuttle service was efficient. The location is not near any place for a full meal and the hotel didn’t have breakfast until 6:30. We should have thought through that better because it wasn’t the hotel’s fault just something to consider.

My room was dirty, had dead flies all over the floor. Bath tub was dirty, the lock to the patio door was broken. I paid extra for breakfast with my room, and was informed when I went down for breakfast in the morning, there was not a cook.

Courtyard regular

Courtyard Marriots are reliable and close to the airport for an early morning flight. Room was great and the food at the bistro better than expected. Same for the service.

We enjoyed our stay at Courtyard Marriott in Springfield. We have stayed in this hotel in the past. Our room was very comfortable and clean. My only complaint, we were next to an exterior door on the first floor. We could hear the door opening and closing late in the evening and early morning. It disturbed my sleep.

Well, it was no fault of the hotel but we woke to no water in the entire place. No coffee, toilet, shower or sink. Bad deal. Would think a partial refund would have been justified.
