Check in person had no customer service abilities. Was nice at first but when she had a problem with securing my room deposit card in the computer and with a line waiting just kept saying your card is declined , ...it's declined, crowd waiting is looking at me like I am the problem, I'm the one holding things up, tired and frustrated I was assuring her that the card is good that I used it today and there is thousands in available balance... she said so what ..it's declined. Her manager arrived just then and he knew right away what the issue was and fixed it immediately, it was a computer issue, he was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, she offered no apology or customer service after that point. Room was ok a little worn out, slightly musty, bathroom ceiling vent was gross, looked like it has never been cleaned, stopped looking after that..but room seemed ok for lower price point but biggest issue was the heat, it worked ok until around 2am I woke up to overheated room even though it was set to 71, tried adjusting temp and it just kept running so I had to shut it off and woke up freezing. Reluctant to call desk in case declined girl was there I just dealt with it.

The heater/ ac unit ran all night and sounded like it was going to blow apart and was rattling. The sink was poorly cleaned and the roof tiles above the shower had staining. Wouldn’t say this was good or bad but it was a place to sleep which was all I needed as we passed through. EV chargers worked but were turned off later that night which was odd.

Very happy
Very clean and roomy, had everything I needed concerning coffee, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board / hair dryer so lots of clean towels. Lots of places for charging devices, fairly decent size flat screen TV with options for Netflix and other things like Prime. I will stay at this hotel again.

Was a bit disappointed with this one. Room had bad odor, window did not open to air out. Carpet needed cleaning. Breakfast had been picked over by the time we got there, was not restocked. Coffee/hot water machine broken, coffee urns empty and never refilled despite request from an elderly couple. Brkfst attendant surly and not having a good day. But, cost was cheap, bed slept OK, had free parking.
