The property is a bit dated. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting your kids at college, this hotel is very convenient, because it’s right in the middle of campus. However, it’s a 2-3 star hotel at best.

I stayed twice in the last month; both times my experience was excellent. The rooms are truly clean without the need for artificial air fresheners. It was quiet and I slept well. The staff were helpful and caring. I enjoyed a great breakfast in the Worcester dining commons, courtesy of my student, a proud UMass sophomore!

Overall it’s a good 3-day stay. When I requested 2-hour extension for th checking out, a lady replied coldly: no extension possible. I can understand and it’s okay but you may always have a better attitude.
