Room was dirty, towels were stained or previously used. Mattress had huge dips you got stuck on, looked like people were living there as permanent residents. Smoking in rooms around us, possible drug use off to the side door. Carpets extremely nasty haven’t been vacuumed or cleaned in months. No information once you checked in. Day time counter person very rude and attitude because I interrupted his tv show

A few lowlights of the stay: no fitted sheets or blankets on the beds. The mattresses have seen better days- lots of stains and cigarette burns. Carpet could have used a good vacuum and we were greeted immediately by a cockroach. We also experienced brown water pouring through the bathroom light fixture when the room above us showered (we hope). The front desk was not concerned about this issue. But it’s cheap! We did do a thorough search for bedbugs based on other reviews and didn’t find any. So, there’s that.

Not great. Run-down property in an inconvenient area. Not so much as a vending machine in the hallways or tissues in the room. Used chewing gum in the light fixture. Room overlooked a noisy highway. The room reeked so much of cigarette smoke that I felt nauseous the next day.

Gross! It had a horrible smell, the toilet didn’t flush, it someone else’s tissue in it. The sheets smelled. People hanging out outside room for no reason. I didn’t feel safe going back to my room

It was okay but the property was in a strange area without real amenities nearby. It was kept clean but has not been maintained. Carpets were ancient and soiled. There were collections of furniture and bases in the dining area and halls. I would not choose it again unless it was remodelled
