Welcome to our charming three-bedroom townhouse nestled in the heart of Central St Albans! This inviting home is the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm, offering a cozy retreat for your stay.
Designed and equipped to a premium standard, inside you will find everything you will need to make your stay relaxing, comfortable, and one to remember.
The house is ideally located in a quiet spot just off the main High Street, with easy access to all the local attractions.
The space
Step into the tastefully decorated living area, where you can unwind after a day of exploring the city. The open-concept layout seamlessly connects the living room to the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to whip up delicious meals or enjoy a casual snack at the dining table.
The three well-appointed bedrooms provide a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep. Each room is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, featuring comfortable mattresses, ample storage space, and plenty of natural light.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed. The second bedroom can be made in a twin or double. The default will be a twin room, please let us know if you require the double. The third bedroom is a cozy single.
Freshen up in our modern, clean bathroom, stocked with all the essentials for your convenience.
Take advantage of the private outdoor patio area at the rear of the property, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on a nice evening.
PARKING
There is on-road parking at the front of the property, however, this does require a permit between 8.30 a.m. & 8.00 p.m.
A weekly parking pass can be purchased for £36 at the Keyfield Terrace Car park, which is situated at the end of the road and has EV charging points available.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
