The best way to enjoy the St Augustine area is our Condo ‘Palm Sway’ at Ocean and Racquet Resort a gated community with 24hr Community Service Officers. By day, enjoy gated beach access, tennis and pickleball courts, 2 pools (one which is heated October-March), 5 hot tubs, shuffleboard, on-site stocked ponds. By night immerse the family in Downtown St. Augustine’s lively historic village with plenty of shoppes and eateries. Downtown is only 7 miles away.
Palm Sway was remodeled in January 2025. We created a sun drenched elegant yet cozy space for the whole family to enjoy. Being on the 3rd floor adds a feeling of privacy and seclusion. Palm Sway is the closest you can get to the pools, and Jacuzzi yet less than a 5 min stroll to the beach. A brand new kitchen top to bottom including appliances and everything a kitchen should have. ALL new. With our guests experience being our top priority, all the furniture in the unit is also all new in 2025. Palm Sway has the capacity to sleep 6 with 1 Queen master bedroom, 1 Queen 2nd bedroom, and a full-size pullout sofa. The Master bedroom has an en suite full bath with walk-in shower. The second full bathroom is outfitted with a tub. The south-east facing balcony is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail. Tv’s in all rooms, free Wifi included. Washer and dryer. 2 beach chairs and 2 bogie boards in unit for you to use. Come stay in your home away from home.

Place was verry clean. place is dated needs new furniture. Only real complaint is the ability to contact the Office TOTALLY unresponsive, called 3 times for maintenance no one answears the phone have to leave a message, ok but NO one ever called us back, so put up with the problems. will not stay again.

This is the worst unit we have stayed in . The door is falling off no glass in door. Bathroom sink stopped up, sliding glass door you can t see out one side.DIRTY DIRTY this unit has never been cleaned.We had to clean before we unloaded,and the vacuum is a joke.Better look for another unit.The pictures have too be at least ten year old.The floors look like a showroom for a tile company ,five different tiles in a two bedroom unit.

I was very pleased with the unit, clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs on the property as well as the easy access to the beach. Would defiantly stay again.
