Paras molemmista maailmoista, joissa hyväpalkkainen kunnostus ja vanha St Augustine -hurmaa. Tämä viktoriaaninen koti rakennettiin vuonna 1880 ja se sijaitsee historiallisen alueen sydämessä. Muutama vuosi sitten olen kunnostanut yksityisasunnon kokonaan 3 erilliseksi huoneistoksi, joissa kaikissa on oma sisäänkäynti, keittiö ja täysi kylpyamme. Tässä hiljattain remontoidussa ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneistossa on 1 queen-vuode yksityisessä makuuhuoneessa sekä poikkipinta-sohva olohuoneessa. Ilmaiset polkupyörät tarjoavat sinulle mahdollisuuden jättää auto pysäköityyn ja nähdä kaupungin kävellen tai ajamalla.

Nauti monista ravintoloista, joista voit valita viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä etuovelta. Lisäksi ostos- ja kiertoajelut ovat aivan nurkan takana. Suunnittele viettää päivän nähtävyydet ja kävellä takaisin rentoutua etukuistilla lasillisella viiniä ennen kuin valmistaudut illanviettoon.

Jos olet tullut nauttimaan St Augustine -kadun kauniista rannoista, olet vain kymmenen minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Crescent Beach sijaitsee eteläpuolella muutaman mailin niille, jotka haluavat rentoutua rauhallisella rannalla tai liittyä väkijoukkoihin St. Augustine Beach, jossa on kalastuslaituri ja monia upeita ravintolavaihtoehtoja.

Fabulous rental!
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The only hiccup we had was obtaining the self checkin instructions- but that was a fault of VRBO, not the host. In fact, they were super responsive when this issue occurred. The rental is very clean and our stay was enjoyable. It is in the heart of the downtown area, so the noise in the evenings is noticeable, but not awful. Things did quiet down at a reasonable time at night.The boise machine next to the bed was helpful! Highly recommend! Park your car in the free garage and enjoy the city on foot!

Great stay and location
The house is perfectly updated and right downtown. Easy walking distance to all of downtown St Augustine’s sights. We were there for the night of lights tours and they were great. We will definitely try to stay here again when we visit.

Perfect
This is one of my favorite places to stay. This is my third time but first time in this room. I was a little worried being on the first floor, but I noticed a sound machine next the bed. I put on the sound of waves and fell asleep almost instantaneously. The location is great and easy access. I will say now, if you’re staying on a weekend, the wine bar across the way had live music till about 10 so it can be noisy if you’re trying to go to bed before then. Overall, one of my favorite spots.

Perfect stay during a wedding at the Cathedral!
We rented this home for our priest who was participating in my daughter’s wedding, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! The property was beautiful and literally a few steps away from downtown and the Cathedral! The hosts were very responsive and the entire weekend was so enjoyable! A perfect place to stay!

First time to St Augustine
My wife and I visited for three nights/four days in October. The good about this property - communication and info was readily available; priced well for location and size; location is very convenient to the main part of old St Augustine. The place was generally clean and had good coffee (lots of Kirkland Keurigs). Couch was comfortable and we felt safe at the location. Front porch was readily accessible and had good rocking chairs. Code access. Wishes - Parking situation is not ideal but doable (and no cost) - but you need to be able to walk a distance (10 mins for us). Tub is in a unique spot in the house and makes for a short space - makes the curtain super long and stays looking dirty. Front porch was nice except you look at the parking lot and backs of buildings. Overall we enjoyed the stay and had read the other reviews - so we knew what to expect and there were no surprises for us. St Augustine was nice to visit!

Rough night sleep
This is a great location to access all the bars, restaurants and shops. I didn’t mind how grungy the apartment is. That’s what I paid for and was expecting it. The bed is a full size not queen as listed so a little tight. It’s a first floor apartment so there are people above. The first night they were up until 4 am yelling, playing music and banging on the floor. Basically having a great time. It’s not their fault that you can hear everything in this place. Even the next nights after they checked out you can hear people walking above. If you are a late night partier this won’t be a problem. We tried to get to bed by midnight so it really sucked for us. Also US food trucks deliver food right outside early in the morning.

Take me back!!!
This is an amazing place to stay. It is the perfect location to enjoy the town. We were able to sit on the front porch and enjoy the fireworks for the 4th. We couldn’t ask for a better view. The property is even better than described. We will definitely be coming back and possibly booking the upstairs unit. Definitely don’t miss out on staying here if you can.

Perfect location for perfect weekend
The location and charm of this apartment was perfect. Easy walking distance to everything in the "old town". The apartment was well appointed, clean and felt safe. I would highly recommend it. However, having to park in the parking garage was a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker, just an added way to work off food and drinks.

Was a great place. Went for walking,shopping, music and culture. Hospitable and perfect for a couple enjoying their anniversary. We would definately go back. With heat outside it was too hot but so comfy inside. Went next door ro rhe coffee lab. Excellent. Owners were prompt at getting back on questions. Didnt need our car and parked in the local garage with a complimentary pass. a quick walk away. Bed was comfy. Couch was too. We ate in and was great. Loved the icemaker.

Everything We Could Want!
The Colonial Quarter apartment was the perfect location for our weekend getaway. We were in the heart of everything without feeling overwhelmed or suffering from crowds or noise. The best part was enjoying the rocking chairs on the front porch with glasses of wine each evening people watching and listening to the live music from the quaint wine bar across the street. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! It’s a hidden gem!
