Perfect Beach Cottage
Quick weekend to see the lights but we didnt want to stay downtown. Our place was perfect! Morning walks on the beach and a quick uber downtown. The accommodations had everything we needed, and it was super cute!

Location is perfect, the place was as great as everyone says. Only one suggestion, put more sheets and covers for the fifth or additional people since there were none available.Still I would rate it 9.5 /10.

We were in St Augustine for a show and wanted to make a long weekend out of it. The location and property were great! There is an awesome coffeehouse next door that the back gate leads to. My wife and I lived our stay here and would recommend.

Great Location
My wife and I wanted to bring our kinds down to St Augustine for a couple of days at the beach. The place was lovely, and in such a good location. Super easy to walk to the beach (we have a 2 and 3 year old), and even easier to walk to neighborhood restaurants. Other than the grocery store, we never had to use our car. The duplex is small, but works great for a few days, or if you have a smaller group. There was no washer and dryer which was okay, but would have been an issue if we were there longer than a couple days. Only real issue we had was the A/C unit stopped working on our last day. Was able to get in contact with the owner quickly to trouble shoot a few things. Ended up having to wait until the next day for the repair guy to come and fix it. It was a very hot night sleeping, but were refunded for that last night of the stay. Overall, it is a great house for 2-4 people looking for an awesome beach town in a very convenient location to everything.

Perfect beach stay!
My parents and I had a wonderful first trip to St.Augustine staying here! The place was very clean, the decor was so cute and the location was ideal! We loved being steps away from a coffee shop, local restaurants and just across the street from the beach. The condo had everything we needed for a 3 day stay and the communication for check in and out was very clear! The only real downside for us was not having a washer or dryer, especially for beach towels, but it wasn’t too big of a deal with a short stay. I would book this stay again in a heartbeat!

Extremely nice rental in St. Augustine Beach.
We enjoyed our stay at Beach Duplex B. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful beach, Kookaburra Coffee Shop (a local favorite), several restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, etc. When we arrived, the icemaker wasn't working. We contacted the owner, who asked us to unplug the fridge for one hour, then plug it in, which we did. Still no ice. It seemed like the freezer wasn't staying cold at all. We told him we would buy a bag of ice and that we were okay with the fact that the icemaker wasn't working; he could figure it out after we left. The next morning, he came over and brought us a bag of ice, which we appreciated. The duplex is really cute. There is a full kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a TV. There's a half bath also. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, and 1 full bath. There is a small deck off the master bedroom. The bed was very comfy, the air worked great, and the shower was great. A bonus is the outdoor shower, which had hot water to rinse yourself off after a day at the beach. The yard is fenced. Because there is no washer and dryer, we probably wouldn't stay here for more than 3 or 4 days. We had wet towels, bathing suits, etc. that weren't totally dry after hanging outside overnight that we had to pack in our suitcases. There is an upstairs closet which has a washer and dryer hookup, so hopefully they'll put them in in the future. Also, there is only 1 TV, and it is downstairs. Would really be a plus to have at least 1 TV upstairs.

Optimal Location
Being steps from the beach, Burrito Works, and the Kookaburra, this unit hits the location jackpot! We enjoyed our weekend break and would definitely stay again. Would love more beach towels and throw blankets as well as a washer and dryer but those are all easily addressed.
