The location is ideal! Coastal Cottage unit B provides everything you need to take advantage of this great location. Located on Saint Augustine Beach's B Street, this townhome is just 4 homes off the beach and is the perfect beach getaway.

This iconic Key West style duplex has everything you need to create lasting vacation memories. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which brings the total occupancy up to 6. Prepare your meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There is also a half bath on this floor. Our home is beautifully decorated, has a screened in patio on the first floor and a balcony off the master bedroom which is perfect for sunbathing! Stay connected when you need to be with flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi access!

Take in an Atlantic sunrise without ever leaving home. Enjoy the ocean breeze while you recline on the couch. This Saint Augustine vacation rental has an outside shower and is pet friendly!

Coastal Cottage is also ideal if you have other family or friends accompanying you as there is an identical unit next door that be rented separately!

Saint Augustine Florida is the nation’s oldest city, and aside from the AMAZING beach, we have amazing historical attractions and tours. Fabulous Location, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Pet Friendly
This rental is centrally located and is steps to the beach. The unit itself is a little tired and worn (rusty drains and rust on appliances, pitting on faucets, missing screen on patio door, window blinds that are not easily operated, damaged outdoor chairs). The unit could use a very deep thorough cleaning (windows contain dirt in and around frames, wall/ceiling vents are dirty and some of the corners in the kitchen and bathroom could use a scrub and freshening of the unit to remove musty smell). The ocean appears to have some impact on the wear of the rental. Overall we had a great stay but would like to see some upgrades to make the unit even more enjoyable.

Quick weekend stay
Had a great time. We were there for a small beach wedding, which just happened to coincide with hurricane Helene! We left our home, uncertain what we would come back to after the storm, but all was relatively well. Our dogs had a great time in the backyard (thankful for that) and at the beach. Thanks for the stay!!

Perfect Beach Getaway for Dog Lovers
We had an incredible stay at this house in St. Augustine Beach! The location couldn't be better—just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to fantastic food spots and coffee shops. It made our vacation both relaxing and convenient, and after a quick Publix run we parked our car for the entire week. This house is a gem for dog owners. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our two dogs to run around and play safely. Just a quick note: it's a shared yard with the duplex next door, so make sure both gates are securely closed before letting the dogs out. We learned this the hard way after the tenants next to us checked out. I highly recommend this property and would book again!

Perfect location, great little duplex.
Had a great long weekend here and found it to be the perfect location. Beds were comfy, beach was right there and it was exactly as expected for a little beach house. There was a very strong mildew scent on the bottom floor, but again, I kind of expect it in beach house so it wasn’t surprising. We’ve stayed in several condos and homes in the area over the years and this has been location and a great little set up in general.

Great location
The house was just as described. Typical beach house, nothing fancy or updated, but clean and easy walking distance of the beach, mini golf, and great restaurants. Easy drive to all the St. Augustine sights. We made use of the 2 beach chairs. There are TVs in the bedrooms which is unusual to find. Kitchen is well outfitted (except cereal bowls). Well worth the money and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Good and bad of our stay
Well the good parts first. location was excellent close to beach, restaurants and stores. The room sizes were great. The back yard size was excellent also.having two bathrooms one on each was convenient. Now the not so good. Was lacking in the amount of silverware and place settings. With the dishwasher you need to run it everyday to have silverware and plates for next day. The overall condition of the interior vents were not as clean as the could of been.the biggest complaint was the water pressure in the one and only shower.It took 4 tries and 3 different plumbers 3 or four days to correct. The drain in kitchen sink had no strainer so it appears that over time it built up with waste and the smell from the drain was nasty. Last the washer and dryer worked but were old and due for replacement.

Ideal Beach Getaway
Perfect location - easy to get to and around. Great value - no frills, just what we needed for a comfortable stay and to enjoy everything St. Augustine has to offer. We did have some issues with the internet, but it worked out fine because we intended to unplug anyways. We would rent this property again.

Excellent Beach House!
This property is literally a HOME AWAY FROM HOME! Super quaint and comfortable living space! Clean and inviting as soon as you open the door! From the short walk right to the beach to bring steps away from awesome local eateries, to the ease of driving from the property into downtown St Augustine you are in the action. Instructions are straight forward and they even have beach chairs and toys on property ( in case you forget your own)! 5 stars all around!

Awesome Location
We enjoyed our stay at this property. Can’t beat the location as it’s located only 4 houses away (if I remember correctly) from the beach. Restaurants are all walking distance away, with Mango Mango and Zaba’s located practically next door. The place itself is well-equipped with a full kitchen (though we didn’t use this), an outdoor shower and has lots of towels which I think are useful for a beach holiday. The one thing I think can be improved is the AC. There is only 1 thermostat located downstairs, so downstairs is plenty cold, but upstairs where the bedrooms are stay slightly warm. We’ve contacted the property manager about setting temperatures below 70 for a few hours to allow upstairs to cool, but they said it can freeze the unit which would result in a possible 24-hour AC downtime. With summer temperatures in the high 90s we didn’t want to risk it, but it was nothing extra light clothing and bedtime showers couldn’t fix. First world problems aside, we totally enjoyed our stay here and would stay again at this location.

Great Time!!
This was our second stay at the location, and it was fantastic! Plenty of sleeping spaces, pet friendly, and we love the fenced yard! The short walk to the beach, and the proximity to restaurants is great! Will definitely stay again!

Loved this cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the beach and restaurants. Next time we go to St Augustine Beach this will be our first choice. Just so the owner knows, all those clever small decorations are enjoyable. The shutters for the valance was really clever and cute. Thanks!
