Rentoudu tässä viihtyisässä ja viihtyisässä huoneistossa kahdelle historiallisen Saint Augustine -kadun keskellä, vain 2 korttelin päässä Hypolitan kävelykadulta, aivan Saint Augustinin sydämessä.
Kauniisti maisemoitu tontti ympäröi tätä hiljattain kunnostettua romanttista espanjalaistyylistä rakennusta, ja tässä boutique-tyylisessä kiinteistössä on vain 8 selvästi erilaista huoneistoa, jotka on kokonaan uusittu vuonna 2017. Tavoitteena oli seurata tarkkaan alkuperäisen ulkonäön, alkuperäisen keittiön, puiteikkunoiden ja muiden ominaisuuksien säilyttämistä, jotka tekevät asunnosta ainutlaatuisen ja edelleen ehjän. Huoneisto on sisustettu tyylikkäästi kaikilla nykyaikaisilla laitteilla, taulu-TV: llä olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa, langattomalla pääsyllä sekä Netflix-, HULU- ja Roku-Internet-TV: n saatavuudella.
Täydellinen loma, joka nukkuu kaksi. Älä missaa kaikkea mitä St Augustine tarjoaa ja upeita naapuruston kävelyretkiä, joita voit tehdä tässä mukavassa osassa vanhaa keskustaa.

St Augustine
We came to Saint Augustine to visit some friends and take a look around the historic district. The location was great, we were able to walk to the historical district and see the fort and other things around the town. The accommodation was very cute in appearance and well decorated. Everything was clean and in its place. We would definitely stay here again, and we commend the host for providing such a nice place for a great value!

Don’t think twice on this one!
We had a perfect stay for our 4-day trip to St Augustine. The rental is in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to historic St Augustine, Flagler College, and the Lightner Museum. Plenty of restaurants to check out (tapas and sangria at Columbia Restaurant was our fave), and a nice new coffeehouse a few blocks away (Southern Grounds). The space was clean with comfortable furnishings and modern decor, and was the perfect size for the two of us, no complaints! Off-street parking was a bonus as we rented a car to explore outside of the historic area. We would definitely book here in the future.

Feel at Home in St Augustine
Such a comfortable apartment in a super convenient location! This home is just what you would hope for when looking for a place to stay in St. Augustine. Kirsten supplied everything you could possible need and even went out of her way to bring us extra blankets for the unexpected very cold weather. Perfect Thanksgiving getaway!
My husband and I had a great stay in unit C4. It was clean and ready for our arrival. The space was perfect for two people. It's always nice to have a separate bedroom and living area. I easily made a quick breakfast in the kitchen. It was thoughtful to have coffee already there to use. Water pressure was great as well as lots of hot water. The unit was upstairs and although it appeared all the units might be full, the property was very quiet. The property grounds were lovely. It was a nice break to come back to after walking the historic district. Having a designated parking space in back of the property was a bonus. Location was wonderful. It was easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, museums, art galleries and the bay front. Communication was very good as well. I would highly recommend this property when visiting St. Augustine.

Weekend in St. Augustine
My wife and I had a wonderful time in St. Augustine, and your apartment was the perfect place to relax after a long day of Music and fun. We were in town for the "Sing Out Loud" Music festival and your location was perfect--about a 10 minute walk to the Music festival, so we never drove between the two places. The walk into town to shop/eat was very easy as well. The apartment was small, but cozy, and comfortable for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable, and having Air condition to walk into after being outside all day was wonderful! I only had 2 minor issues while there---1 (not the owner's fault by any means) was that a person decided to park in out assigned parking spot. I called the owner, who answered the phone right away, and she directed us to another spot in the same parking area--problem solved. The second issue may have to do more with the building itself and the fact that there was a downstairs tenant and others in the complex as well. The Hot water supply was not very good--as someone who is used to a 15-20 minute shower, the Hot water would be gone within 10 minutes or less. This was not ideal when two people are showing 1 after another. We weren't on vacation to stand in the shower all day though, so this was a minor inconveneince, just something to consider if you like long, hot showers. Other than that, our stay was fantastic! We can't wait to return to St. Augustine in the future!

Got to the location late but it was well lighted and the instructions were great! We were used to the walk to downtown and it was great it only was about 5-10 minutes depending on how fast you walk! It’s definitely on the list for us to stay at next time!

Beautiful location
Beautiful property. Very clean. Accurate description. Very well located to a lot of shops, restaurants, activities. Able to walk easily to historic district. Having own parking stall is critical in St Augustine & this 1 was off the street in a safe enclosed fenced location behind housing. Quiet neighborhood. There are several units that are upstairs (which if stairs are a problem, make sure you verify that). Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good in shower. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location! Just a short walk to the historical district and a couple blocks from stop 8 on the Old Town Trolley. The off street parking was an added bonus. It’s a sweet tiny home away from home with everything you’d need including a small but full kitchen. We really like having a separate living room and bedroom when we travel (morning person traveling with a night owl) - having a tv in both rooms was a nice touch. Added bonus was great water pressure in the shower. Owner was great with communication and our stay was seamless.

Wonderful Getaway Destination
Great, clean, centrally located, roomy, fantastic deal for the money destination. Needed to defrag from the holidays with my fiancee and this was the perfect getaway. Always Love St. Augustine because there's just so much to do and see. Located blocks from Historic Old Town....park and walk the entire trip. Great property and management, very quick to respond and to work with. Thank you very much Kristen for a great trip.

Very clean and a short walk to shops and restaurants.
The condo was very clean and appropriately furnished. Linens were in excellent condition. The location was in a nice neighborhood and was quiet. Washers and dryers were available and in excellent condition and free to use. The kitchen was very small, furnished with a refrigerator, range, and small apartment sized dishwasher. (A full meal would have been difficult to prepare as there was no real work surface, but we enjoyed breakfast and lunch on most days and enjoyed our dinner out in beautiful St Augustine. Our only disappointment was that our condo had no balcony nor outdoor seating (the other units did).
