Enjoy this fresh and cozy first floor condo with heated pool directly behind the unit and only a few steps to gorgeous St. Augustine Beach! Many great island restaurants and bars are located a short walk or drive away. This unit features crisp coastal decor, and all the supplies you need to relax and have a great vacation. Ocean Village Club condos are in the heart of St. Augustine Beach and have two pools (one heated directly behind this unit), tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a boardwalk with gazebo to the beach access. No need to drive anywhere! You can park your car and enjoy the beach, pool, and tennis. Walk or take a short drive to numerous restaurants. There is also a Trolley stop nearby that will take you to all the points of interest in The Old City just a few miles away! (One free ticket of Trolley for each day of your stay!)

This tastefully decorated condo is conveniently located on the first floor directly in front of the heated pool and close to the beach access. Relax with comfortable furnishings in the living area which features a large-screened TV. The kitchen is fully stocked and outfitted with all you need to cook and dine "at home" if you so choose. Bedrooms and bathrooms are outfitted with crisp linens and soft towels.

PETS: Only one dog per guest stay permitted and must be registered with the complex for $50 (cash). This is in addition to a $50 pet fee which is added to the booking. Please inquire for more details as some breeds are prohibited in the complex. Dog MUST be approved BEFORE booking!

Great Escape to relax
The exterior of the property is well maintained and managed. The condo itself was great as described but if there was one thing I didn't like it would be the beds. The beds are the only thing keeping this from being truly 5 stars. I wish the pool didn't close at dusk, as we love to swim at night. Other than that everything else was great.

Long weekend at the beach
The location of this condo couldn’t be better- directly across from the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beach. However, the condo itself was very outdated and the furniture shown in the listing pictures was not accurate. The kitchen was listed as fully functional but the cookware was chipping and unsafe to use, the toaster oven doesn’t work and there is also no grill at the property as listed. Both showers drain so slowly that you can shower and take a bath at the same time, even in the walk in shower in the master. On the positive side, the host was easy to communicate with and the check in process was easy. And again, you can’t beat the location.

Great condo for pool, beach, and town!
We were very pleased with this first-floor condo. Just what we hoped it would be. The beach is a short walk away, the heated pool just outside our door, and plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. A short drive to historic St Augustine and all the attractions in the area. Would seek this unit out again in future years.

Second Stay, Hopefully not the last!
The good- great location. Perfect for people with kids or adults as the pool gate is right there. The "bad" with fees $255 a night everything should be right! Cleanliness, water fixtures, TV, Internet should be correct before arrival. Day 1 we arrived late, couldn't get TV to work used our cell hot spot. Shower floor slippery from the shower head that was clogged up and not rinsing suds down the drain. So obviously shower had not been cleaned. Manager sent someone who replaced shower head. We were gone all day, grandkids arrived later, still tried to get Internet codes working. Gdaughter said GMA your feet are dirty. Yep, Bottoms of feet are black, literally. husbands too. No we did not come with dirty feet bottoms. We knew floors were sandy, but, were at the beach so didn't get to concerned until feet were black. Notified management about No TV, when the grandkids couldn't use devices after leaving the pool. Sunday still no Internet/ TV except our own hotspot. Restarted numerous times. Magically right before checkout all lights turned green on Modem and full Internet without a technician. I do understand it's hard to find good help/ cleaning services that won't skimp. Which is why we came back for a second trip, because it is a great condo. Manager will try to respond to everything. But, There are things in the condo that need attention, the sliding door is super hard to open even for strong boys. Only one room key is not enough. Hope they find a new good cleaning company.

Great time, great spot!
The site and photos were accurate. Great spot in the center of the community, on first floor, near the heated pool. Plenty of linens/towels… even some pool stuff and games! Kitchen was very well stocked. impressive! Property manager was very responsive. Only minor issue was the floors needed to be mopped better and no mop available; property manager offered to send cleaners over. And, would’ve liked more seating since it sleeps 5-6.

Great Labor Day weekend
My family along with several other families rented condos in Ocean Village Club for the Labor Day weekend and to celebrate a milestone birthday. The condo back door was only a few steps from one of the pools! The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. No complaints at all and our unit was nicer than some of the others that our large group had rented.

Great Trip!
We had a great trip and this condo’s location within the complex and in St. Augustine is great. The cleanliness of the floors and our bed sheets were disappointing, but the owner acted quickly to take care of our issues. I would certainly recommend this spot!

Overall Amazing Stay!!
This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. The size was perfect and the proximity to the pool was was really set it apart for us. The walk to the beach was easy and not far at all. It took about 4-5 minutes and I was pulling a wagon completely loaded down. The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. We had a small cleaning issue that was promptly taken care of. The owners were a joy to work with and made sure that all of our needs were met. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future. It worked out great for our family of four. Thanks so much for making our trip easy and memorable!!

Perfect location, but need deep spring cleaning
Just like another reviewer, check in was terrible with the gate machine. If it doesn't work, you need to park go to the unit and get the key card. But was finally let in, and with the cards worked perfect. Got this unit because the heated pool gate door is directly in front of the sliding door. Which worked perfectly with our grand children. I didn't feel the unit was properly cleaned, however management offered twice to send cleaning people back. However we declined as it would have been a waste of there money at that point because my grand children would be getting things dirty. There are several items in the condo in need of repair in which I notified the company. The ivacation team did offer tickets to make up for the items in need of repair, which was greatly appreciated. but honestly the pool was why we were there and the kids all just wanted to be swim. It did not disappoint anyone. This is a really cute condo, (definately used a lot) with a perfect location to town, beach and heated pool. We would rent from this company again because they tried hard to rectify the issues. We are hoping they fix things in this unit so we can stay again, as even other people wanted to know how we got lucky to rent this unit. We would definately rent from the ivacation team again. They responded to each text and email I sent. Overall a great communication and vacation! Thanks

A quick get away
I thought this place adorable! Perfect for four people and a dog. So close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The location of the unit I loved. We got in late - near 9:00 and had trouble getting in the gate. Followed directions given but call got dropped repeatedly. Finally, a sweet couple took pity on us and let us in. That was the only glitch in a perfect 4 day stay. And the glitch was only a 15 minute inconvenience so no biggie! Beds were comfy, temperature easy to control, clean place. A good place to call home for a short time. Thanks.

Loved this condo! Great location and having the pool right outside our back door was a plus. Our son who is 11, he was able to walk over to the pool and we could watch him from the condo. He loved the deep water of the heated pool. Remember to bring the key fob with you if you walk to the beach. We didn’t know we’d need it and had to walk back to get it. The entryway to the beach is locked, which is good for security reasons. Aside from that, our stay was perfect.

We missed the pool!
The property was absolutely lovely. Great areas to walk your dog, quick walk down to a private boardwalk to the beach, and lovely furnishings inside. Our unit opened up to the pool which was fantastic except for the fact that it was under construction the entire time we were there. In their defense the owners gave us as much notice as possible and offered tickets to do things downtown instead, but the pool was a large part of the draw so having it under construction was a shame.

Nice rental and great location
Really enjoyed the place,; very nice interior and great location. Would definitely stay again. The only drawback at that time was the work being done on the elevator and the pool: we were very close to both and it could be a bit noisy.

You won't be disappointed!
From the moment you walk in the door you feel like you are on vacation but yet at home. It is decorated so cute. It had everything we could ask for and is just steps to the pool. Everyone that I encountered on my walks were so nice and friendly and even offered suggestions on places to visit and eat. The complex is very very clean and well maintained and it's location suited us. I would definitely stay here again!
