Kävele rantaan rantatiellä suoraan kadun toisella puolella (5 min päässä rannasta) ja upeille ravintoloille. Ihana saaren sijainti A1A: ssa. Nauti wrap-around kannet ja useita ulkona viihdyttävä alueita. Pöytäkirjat päivittäistavarakaupasta ja ostoksista. Vuodepaikkoja 8 vuodepaikkaa ja 4 muuta sohvalla. Avotoimisto w / puulattiat, päivitetty keittiö & master kylpyamme. Asuintila on yläkerrassa w / yksityinen sisäänkäynti kautta yksityinen portti ja portaat. Alakerrassa on kiinteistötoimisto. Runsaasti pysäköintitilaa! Suuri aidattu piha.

Avaruus

Sisäinen pesutupa, jossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Suuret aidatut takapihat ja sivupihat viihdyttäväksi, jalkapalloa heittäen jne. Suuri yksityinen pysäköintialue edessä kotiin. Erittäin lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle kuin rantatiellä on suoraan kadun yli noin 10 metriä etelään kotiin. Voit vapaasti käyttää rantapyyhkeitä ja rantatuoleja!

Gazebo pöytä ja tuolit ulkona, alakerrassa ja paljon katettuja ja paljastetusti ulkona istuimet ja lepotuoleja yläkerrassa kiertää kuisti.

Master on king-vuode, vierashuone on täysikokoinen vuode, ja kolmas makuuhuoneessa on kaksi singleä, joissa on kaksi vyöryä. Vuoteet eivät ole ulosvedettyjä, mutta hyvin laaja ja runsaasti nukkumapaikkaa neljälle.


Vieraan sisäänpääsy

Koko yläkerta, kaikki ulkopuolella viihdyttävä alueet ja tilat ja suuri pysäköintialue ovat vapaita käyttää. Pääset yläkertaan portaiden välityksellä talon vasemmalla puolella. Asiakkaat voivat käyttää mitä tahansa condoissa. Meillä on ruokaa, ruokia, astioita ja pannuja, jos ihmiset haluavat syödä. Pelit ja palapelit. Myös runsaasti lakanat ja pyyhkeet. Laita vain käytetty astianpesukone ja liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet aluslevyn päälle ennen kuin lähdet.

Items that need to be addressed
It seems that the garbage containers under the stairs have not been emptied in several weeks and thus animals have gotten into them and spread trash over the back yard. Inside, many light bulbs were out, one room did not even have any lights. The bathtub looked very inviting, however, the lack of a stopper meant that it could not be used. Finally, the awesome TVs in the bedrooms were still in their set up mode and therefore could not be used.

Great for a week stay
Our crew has been staying here and enjoying the fact of they can have their own space to relax after a long day working. The communication has been great and there is plenty of parking. It is close to the beach and everything we need out here. Highly recommended.

The misrepresentation of this property verges on being an outright scam
Review shortened due to character restrictions. This home was nothing like the description and is not worth the price. Avoid renting with this company. Poor communication: upon arrival, we noticed a significant electrical issue. We messaged Betsy and she replied she would “reach out to her team.” We did not hear back from her again until checkout when she asked for a five star review. Location: Lots of road noise. To reach the beach access you must cross an extremely busy A1A and there is not a crosswalk. Adults struggled to cross the street safely. Outdoor spaces: The furniture on the top deck is in disrepair. No lounge chairs. The bottom area is a joke. Two crusty chairs sit in the middle of a rusted gazebo. Dumpsters filled with yard debris and broken beach chairs adorn either side. A broken office chair leans against one of the dumpsters. The screen doors between the inside and the top deck are riddled with holes. No beach chairs and towels are provided. We chose not to pack chairs and towels because of the misleading VRBO listing. Inside: Spacious, but rundown. The kitchen isn’t “updated.” The appliances are old. The stove knobs are so worn that you can’t tell what temperature the burner is on. The dishes weren’t clean. The master shower has a standard shower head coming out of the ceiling to mimic a rain shower. There is no light inside, we had to use a flash light to shower at night. This house is in need of major TLC and better management.

Would absolutely never stay again
We arrived at 16:20 and the keys were not in the lock box… Contacted the owner and they reported the keys were with the cleaners… Waited 50 minutes for someone to arrive with keys. The cleaners gave us their own set of keys because they were unsure where the original set was. Went to dinner and came back to the two previous guests entering the house with the keys they never turned in. I requested a call at least 5X with no response. I will never stay in this property again and would never recommend.

Merry Christmas!
We live locally, however our home is being renovated and we did not have the space to celebrate the Holiday's with our 4 grown children. This home was perfect!! It had everything we needed, was cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Prior reviews are correct. The property needs some electric and appliance updates, but otherwise it was a fun property to stay in. Plenty of space, kids could hang out or go solo for a break when needed and the setup allowed for parents to have some quiet time. It was nice that there were plenty of supplies like full shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Lots of towels and wash clothes. And more than one dose of dishwasher or laundry soap. I actually brought the supplies with me because in other properties there was little to none, so I appreciated that the stuff was there! We stayed over a holiday weekend so the traffic getting across to the beach was a bear, but the access was close and well maintained and the beach was beautiful. 0.4 miles from door to waters edge by my watch.

Birthday get away
We really enjoyed our weekend stay here! The house was perfect for our daughter and some of her friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. The girls loved that the beach was right there! Her dad and I loved hanging out on the deck, relaxing and listening to music. The master bed was so comfortable , and we loved the garden tub in the master bathroom. Even though we are locals, we will definitely book here again for a quick get away!

Beautiful beach, but property run down and not clean
We loved the beach. It was beautiful. Unfortunately, didn’t feel the same about the property. Property has no beach view-at all -even though we were told by property owners that there was a “beautiful view of the ocean from the house”. Also we’re told that cockroach problem had been resolved which it wasn’t. Several cockroaches in the kitchen. All appliances were dirty, all utensils, plates, and glassware were dirty. I had to clean everything before using it. Floors were dirty, trundle beds were dirty, master bedroom shower was dirty, walls and shower curtains were dirty, sofas were comfortable but also dirty-layer of grime especially on beige sofas. Trash littered across side lawn by stairs. Property owners need to come to property and inspect it as opposed to trusting the cleaning company. Very disappointed with our stay for the money we paid. Too expensive for what we experienced. The only saving Grace was the beach. However, pictures are deceiving. Again, no beach view!!!! Property owners misrepresented the property even after I specifically emailed them with questions before booking. Picture on listing is from public boardwalk which is a 5-8 min drive on a very busy road. Not view from house. There is another way to get to beach - an easier walk which we only found out about after the first day. This is an easier walk to a private boardwalk but again, have to cross a very busy highway. Would not stay here again. However, Maria was easy to deal with and gave us a $100 refund for what we went through with condition of property and misrepresentation of property. Again, no beach view—not even close to a beach view.

Nice Location BUT…
This house is in a great location and convenient to the beach, dining, and short drive to downtown. Also, communication with manager was easy and straightforward. Those were the positives of our stay. The negatives were unfortunately more plentiful. For starters (and least significant of all complainants) the home is very dated. Several light fixtures and fans do not function at all. The master bathroom shower curtain is not mounted to wall and the curtain does not even fit in the shower. It fell on our 3 year old daughters head as she showered. The dryer will take several rounds to dry anything. We figured this out rapidly as upon check in we discovered ALL of the towels smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. So we had to make a trip to the store to purchase and wash all towels and linens on our first evening of vacation. The second afternoon we were contacted by management to wait on garage door repair man that was slated to arrive between 1-3 pm (prime beach time). Not sure how that was our responsibility as renters, but we waited on the repair man despite communicating (and not hearing back from manager until that night) that we did not see or believe we had access to the garage. That night after giving up and afternoon on the beach the manager confirmed we had in fact wasted that portion of the afternoon as we did not have access to the garage. As we hung out and waited on all the laundry we noticed the most significant issue we would encounter for the remainder of our week at Sunflower; the house was overrun with assorted sizes and varieties of bugs, mostly roaches. I am not talking 1-2 bugs. That evening we noted approximately 20 coming from the wall outlet in the kitchen onto the counter. We would battle roaches and try to keep all food in ziplocks and/or the fridge to prevent them being all over and in our food. Not exactly a relaxing experience at the beach. These issues were reported as politely as possibly to the manager with the hopes that things would be made right. Over 24 hours later we were told that the management team would be making sure these issues were handled for the next guest, but offered nothing except a single sentence apology and a thank you for letting them know. Disappointing trip to what could have been a great location. We would have been potentially willing to return and do business with this management group had our issues been handled better. They were/have not.

Good place, could be a lot better, not well maintained
Everything was awesome, just that it’s not well kept, few things are broken and the owner did it know. Found an old waffle on the toaster, coffee ground with mold in it! Not to trilled about that. Fans are loose and some of the wings are broken, and they are really dirty, granted, people may not even see that, nonetheless it needs to be cleaned, as baseboards too. Yes, I am a clean freak! I know it can be better

Everything went well. Great location. Easy access to beach and restaurants. There is just the one TV with not many channels. Who comes here to watch TV anyway? The balcony and yard are nice. It's upstairs from a real estate office. They are nice people and this is no issue. The beach was not crowded at all. Thanks for the great stay. I reccomend.

Girls long weekend
We planned a long girlfriends weekend in St Augustine for 5 of us, only 2 of whom had ever visited there before. We wanted something close to the beach but easy access to the historic town. This fit the bill perfectly on line - and in person was even better. Lovely, clean, very comfortable, well stocked. Super easy to get back and forth to the beach. And room enough for those of us who are early risers and those who aren’t to not get in each other’s way! Would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your beach home.

Great place to stay!
Six adults with one baby and we had plenty of room. Good location for beach and dining. Outside deck made for a great evening guitar session with the family. The place was very clean and one of the best places we have stayed at the beach.
