The hotel met all our needs for a short stay. Very clean room, with a good shower. An extra sink which we liked. Walking to historic district was easy for us but about a mile away. Overall, great stay.

For this high end of a price tag, I expected more. The beds were rock hard, parking was limited but i was still charged $20 per day. At almost $20 a pop, the breakfast buffet offers only three silver trays of food. I spent over $300 and I might opt for Marriot or The Hampton next time. At least The Hampton offers free breakfast.

Too far from center of Town
I was disappointed with the location of the hotel. Thought it was more in the heart of town. Also the electrin the room was funky. A few of the light outlets didnt work. The bed was comfortable. They did accommodate us with early check in so that was appreciated.

Great property. Location Quiet safe but the staff here make this property amazing. From check in to check out with lovely Natoya to the service by Melissa at the lounge area We very much enjoyed this property that we are looking at our next trip to St Augustine and we’ll definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn

This is a nice hotel...very clean and well kept. However, we found the beds were as hard as a rock, the pillows were terrible, so we did not sleep well at all. Be aware there is a 20 per night parking fee that is NOT advertized. There is no shuttle service and no free breakfast in the morning. While it was a nice hotel, I think it wasnt much of a value.
