It was a last-minute reservation. The Receptionist was super kind and made sure she saved us a room. Everything was clean and the area is beautiful. Only is 7 Minute Dr. from Downtown.

Nice location, but...
It's about 100 yards to the beach and only a few miles to St. Augustine very good location. Our room was # 116. The bed was comfortable, it had a microwave and a kitchen sink which was nice. The room is a little worn out but if it was clean that would be ok it smells really musty. The worst thing was the dirty floor...really dirty, the little table was dirty and the shower had mold around the perimeter at the base as well as the bathroom door. It's too bad that all it really needs is a good cleaning. For that reason we wouldn't come back. There's no excuse for the cleanliness issue.

Property is outdated. Found several hairs around the room when we first arrived. It is located at a walkable distance from the beach and a Publix. About a 10 minute drive from downtown St. Augustine.

Property is in need of updating. There is construction behind the motel that is loud and makes the surrounding area smell of exhaust. On a positive note, the motel is close to the beach and the staff is super friendly.

It’s just tired looking.
It is so tired looking. Needs a coat of paint. Kitchen had no spoons, forks one plate and a very small refrigerator. Had to ask for a toaster. Was walking distance to the beach.

Nice place, but they really need to fix how those windows are built because the light comes in soon. As the Sun comes up, the cleaning could have been a lot better as well, but it was nice overall but it needs some serious updates. I think they charge quite a bit for a place that needs a lot of updates
