Upouusi tahrattoman uima-altaan koti historiallisen St Augustine -sydämen vain muutaman mailin päässä upeista rannoista! 4 isoa makuuhuonetta, joissa 3 kylpyhuonetta. 1 makuuhuone alakerrassa ja 3 yläkerrassa. Rentoudu näytöllä Lanai kauniilla uima-altaalla! Nauti ruoanlaitosta valtavassa keittiössämme, kun perheesi rentoutuu olohuoneessa kaasutakalla tai pidä hauskaa pelata jalkapalloa päivän jälkeen rannalla tai kiertää kauniiseen kaupunkiin! Suuri omakotitalo! Valoyötä ei kannata jättää väliin!
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta sijainnistaan lähellä kaikkea. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta San Sebastian River. Majoituspaikassa on saatavilla ulkouima-allas ja pelihalli/-huone. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön esimerkiksi ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja yksityisen uima-altaan.

Nights of Lights 2025
So enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was just as shown online and very clean. Location was great and within walking distance to downtown. Communication was easy and responsive. Despite the cooler weather, we were able to sight see and enjoy the holiday lights. Dinner at Columbia and Harry’s Seafood were a few of our highlights. Will be back!

Great house!
Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at this home! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mother and father in law (so they could avoid the stairs) and the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs is very spacious. The other two bedrooms and the other bath upstairs are more the “normal” size but still very nice! Tons of extra bedding if you need it. Backyard area and pool well kept as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it !

Perfect location for walking about the historical areas of St. Augustine. The house itself was appointed with all the amenities that we needed. The yard was fully fenced in and safe for our two dogs. We felt very welcomed and so did our pets! We would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends.

home is a lot bigger pictures don't show how nice it really is There was nothing that was missing. The host thinks of everything. We know are way around so we usually took are car. location is close to all major attractions. Fish camp is great place to eat. We were 3 couples house was perfect for our needs. Price was great for what is offered.

Looked great on paper.
While on face the property looks nice, once you stay there it really isn’t. We had the issue of no AC for 3 of the 4 nights we were there. Even though it was muggy, warm, and raining over Christmas their suggestion was to open the windows. Other issues included a dirty washer that was rusting out, the grill advertised was also completely rusted out. Many of the vents and bathroom windows were very dirty. The pool area was tiny and a mess. Not sure about the pool itself as it was covered and they charge extra to heat it. Bring your own water for drinking. This seemed like a problem across St. Augustine tho as the water tasted the same at a couple restaurants. In the end I asked for a partial refund and they would only consider it in exchange for a positive review and made a thinly veiled threat of a negative review for us if we left a negative review for them. When I pointed out that this is against VRBOs anti-extortion policy they changed their tune but the refund was insultingly low. They will try to move conversations to text instead of the portal as well. Luckily we chose this home due to the location relative to downtown and not 100% for the home itself so it didn’t ruin our trip.

Family vacation
The property was as described. It was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We did have a few smoke alarms chirping that needed new batteries. We reached out and they had it fixed that evening while we were out. Great communication with the host and very nice property. Location was great to walk to town. I’d highly recommend. The pool was a fun addition. 😊

Overall this was a very nice place to stay. In the pictures, the pool appears to be much bigger than it really is, but it was fine. The patio around the pool was very very small. House was very clean, who ever cleaned the kitchen table prior to us arriving used an entire can of pledge furniture cleaner and didn’t understand it needs to be wiped off. We ruined 3 shirts from the oil as it was a pool of pledge on the table. It took an entire roll of paper towels to get all the oil off. The battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan in the master is dead. So no fan in the master. Refrigerator smells really bad!!! But overall a very nice and comfortable place.

Bachelorette? Busted.
We had booked this property over a year ago and have been so excited. 8 of my best friends travelled from all over for my bachelorette. We all have been traveling together for many years. We are quiet, respectful guests and followed every rule laid out (as well as cleaned every towel and beds before we left). We spent the majority of our time outside of the home, shopping/tourist stuff. The house is in a decent location. Unfortunately, there were several hiccups that occurred. The fridge didn’t get cold enough to keep the meat we bought at the proper temperature. One of my friends got sick. There were cabinets full of moldy bagels we had to dispose of upon arrival. The shower drains were clogged with hair. One of the toilets clogged and we tried to use a plunger for several hours. The sink in the kitchen clogged after cooking the second night. We communicated the issues. The owner responded they would have someone check it out - no one came. Meat went bad from the fridge temperature. We have stayed as a group at numerous hotels, bnbs, and houses without any issue. There are problems in this home that show that routine maintenance is not done. Buyers beware. We also all left with a weird rash on our leg we got from the pool area. We assume it was algae or some time of mold or bacteria.
