This beautifully upgraded condo has new granite countertops, flattop stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig, bathroom vanities with granite tops, and full size washer/dryer in unit.
Located in the beach front Ocean & Racquet Resort, this unit has an ocean view and is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. This roomy condo includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 in the 1 king size bed, 2 twin beds, and queen pull-out sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms and family room have flat screen TVs. This unit has enchanting views from the balcony of the world-famous St. Augustine Beach with chairs so you can relax with your morning coffee and evening beverage. A convenient elevator offers easy access to this third floor property, situated in close proximity to the wooden boardwalk to the beach.
Ocean & Racquet property is located within walking distance to many of St. Augustine Beach's restaurants, bars, shops, putt-putt golf, and grocery stores. Amazing!!
My husband and I stayed the month of January and we couldn’t have been happier! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I cooked more often than not and was surprised at how many pots/pans, utensils, baking dishes, etc were there. Very well equipped. My husband said the only thing missing for a month stay was his recliner. lol. It was very quiet and the few people we did see were really friendly. It was a short walk to the beach and there is a nice view from the balcony. The beach chairs were also nice to have. We would love to return & I highly recommend this condo.

Perfect place at the beach
Rob and Jane were communicative. The property is clean, well kept, and well appointed. It was a short walk to the beach which was pretty private so it was nice for relaxing. I will definitely would stay in this property again.

We were very pleased with everything! Clean accommodations, thoughtful amenities and a cute little snack pack upon our late arrival. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions prior to arrival and even reimbursed us for our parking pass. No surprise fees either! I highly recommend!

A great honeymoon stay
A quiet little corner on Anastasia island. Would 100% recommend to anyone with kids or anyone looking for a quiet stay. At the time we stayed, the larger pool was down so that was a shame. Kther than that, perfect week getaway.

Great stay
Our condo was great for the two of us. It was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. I would say the only somewhat negative comment we would have is the sofa, upholstered chairs and the mattress could be replaced. . Bit theywere not the worst.

The condo was very nice, clean, quiet and a short walk to the beach. The check in process was easy and Rob was very responsive to any communications we sent. The location of the condo was excellent, being close to old town St. Augustine, many great restaurants and attractions and very easy to get around. We had a wonderful time despite the weather. Property was great! Easy check in and check out. Close to the beach and the pool. Convenient location on A1A. Condo had all the essentials. My kids said it felt like home and didn’t want to leave!

Great Location & Nice Property
Unit was very clean and easy access. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. It was a short walk to the beach which was great. The day we checked in there had been a storm that apparently had affected the internet and TV. I would suggest putting instructions for TV because we had a hard time getting the channels on the TV. We definitely would rent this property again and enjoyed our stay.

We had a blast and everything was great. Two small - very small suggestions: 1-tubs had a bunch of rust around overflow valves 2- pools need some umbrellas/shade That’s is is otherwise it was fantastic !

This was a perfect place for us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was close to the beach. You can even see the ocean from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. There was plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice location
My daughters and I spent a week in your lovely home. We were pleased to find the kitchen well equipped with utensils, etc. The king bed was very comfortable, and plenty of storage space. My daughters, who are adults, we’re a little cramped for space in their twin bed room, but they managed well. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, and access to it was very easy. My only criticism would be that the floors were extremely dirty. We had to either wear shoes or socks, otherwise our feet were black from the dirt. There was a leak under the kitchen sink which I immediately messaged to the owner. We managed by keeping watch over a pan which we put under it to catch the water. We were very pleased to find beach chairs that we were able to use. We enjoyed morning coffee on the terrace, and watching the sun rise and set. We had a very good stay.
