Charming 2-bedroom cottage on Bay View just off San Marco. 2 Queen bedrooms & basic Kitchen, dining room, and 1 bath. About a mile north of St George St and 1.5 from the Beach. Walkable to the Fountain of Youth, Old Jail, Trolleys plus many of the enticing restaurants and shops this area of town has to offer. There is a pet fee of $50 cash per dog that must be left on a visible counter for cleaners. FREE parking on street and parking on grass opposite side of drive way is available

This rental is on a property that has three other rental units. Located in a busy area of St Augustine, it has a safe neighborhood feel for a nice walk! Be aware Popular DOS coffee house is right up the street.



Your cottage is in the rear of the property and is entered through the door marked 4.

Free street parking is available in front of the house but please avoid parking next to yellow curbs. Parking next to unit is fine however getting blocked in could happen. Highly recommend units with more than 2-3 vehicles to park in drive way.

Parking can be limited in town, but driving may be best. Near locations are bikes, scooters, three wheelers for rent or grab any of the tourist trollies...all just a few blocks away. Highly recommend asking host about parking near downtown.
Parking Down Town 2.50 per hour, free after 5 pm and Sunday
Garage parking down town $20 a day (1 Cordova st.)

-Please keep doors closed due to bugs.

-No smoking inside, any smell is a $250 fine. Outside smoking away from doors or the home is fine.
-Trash bins are in the front next to car entrance.
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!

We enforce pet fees for guests traveling with emotional support animals. If a guest refuses to pay, we will not allow the emotional support animal to stay. Picture of Pet fur will be reported and Airbnb will contact guests unwilling to comply with our policies.
