Anastasia Island-St Augustine Beach, joka sijaitsee rauhallisella umpikatu vain kaksi taloa rannalta.

Avoin ja kirkas ranta kotiin toivottava Anastasia Island Beach, Butler Beach. Vaiheet dyyniin kävelymatkan päässä kauniille rannalle. Keittiö ja kylpyamme kokonaan uusittu. Kaksi valtavaa seulotut kuistia ja suuri kannen ulkoiseen toimintaan. Talossa on kaksi televisiota - yksi iso olohuone kaapeli ja pienempi tv yhdessä yläkerran makuuhuoneet Netflix.

Fantastic beach-side home! Tämä hyvin hoidettu kodin ominaisuuksia. Avoimessa kerroksessa on korkeat katot ja suuri virtaus syödä-keittiöstä suuri huone ja ruokailutila. Master-sviitissä on suuri vaatekaappi, suuri kylpyamme ja kaksi kaunista itään päin katettua kuistia.

Beautiful place
Me and my family have a great time. The house is big and comfortable for all of us.The beach was a walking distance and you can even see it thru the second floor balcony. We didn’t have any inconveniences. If we decided to visit saint Augustine again we definitely rent here again, we love it!

Perfect by the beach
It was excellent, very well instructed. 5 min walk to the beach. Spacious. Does need enough beach towels for amount of people staying on property that it allows, there were only 6 when we registered 10, but that truly is the only complaint.. it was an amazing property, with amazing hosts!

Great Location
Property is awesome for a big group. Walking distance to the beach was a huge plus. Dishwasher didn’t work and a gate didn’t work which could have been bad if someone wasn’t inside and did have the code memorized. Over all is was a great experience.

Fun Time With Family
We really enjoyed being able to be together as a family. It was great sitting on the screened porch and watching the kids in the pool. The pool is long and narrow, but our teenagers enjoyed it. The house was nice and we slept well. The accommodations were good for the nine of us.

Not clean up on arrival
The downstairs floors were swept but quite dirty when we arrived. The dishes in the cupboards were greasy and dirty. We realized this was because the dishwasher filter was clogged with old food! Then the AC unit downstairs wasn't working properly, the refrigerator wasn't cooling, and the ice maker wasn't working. All these things combined to leave a poor initial impression. The owner was receptive to our issues however and brought around a window AC unit to help cool downstairs which worked very well and by the next day the regular unit had started working again (the settings had apparently been changed by the prior tenant leading to frozen pipes or something, so once they thawed and started to drain the AC was good! My husband fixed the fridge and I cleaned our the dishwasher filter then rewashed all the dishes and glasses. Our family enjoyed our stay after this was all taken care of. The rooms upstairs were all very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The washer and dryer worked well, and everyone enjoyed the pool. A few suggestions for the owner: have a rack on the screened porch for towels, add an outside shower for rinsing after the beach instead of the nearly unusable hose, and do some landscaping at the entrance.

Perfect vacation home! The location was perfect. The beach was almost private, not crowded at all!! The home had a great use of space with lots of sleeping options for our large family! It's a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and the old city!! The host are very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!!

Family Vacation
We stayed during Memorial Day weekend with 3 families. There was plenty of space for all of us to relax without feeling cramped. The pool was a perfect size for our kids and adults to relax in! The other thing is neighbors are a little close but it didn't bother us because we stayed in or were out at the pool/beach when they were out. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Perfect location!

Great house/great vacation
Myself and my wife stayed here for 32 nights February 2024. We had some visitors for about a week. The house was great. There was sun in the morning out by the pool, then later in day on the porch next to the pool and then on the west facing porch on the second floor. The management team, David and Patti and others, were very responsive. There were a couple of issues in the beginning that were addressed very promptly. We had the pool heated and it worked fine. The neighborhood is great for walking around and since the house is on a dead end, there is no traffic. It’s a short walk to the beach and it’s great to be able to drive on the beaches in St Augustine Beach.

Girls Trip to St Augustine
This is the first stay for all of us in the area. The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and close walking distance to the beach. A couple of items to note: The refrigerator was extremely loud and the person sleeping in the futon bunk had to wear earplugs to sleep The dishwasher was horrible and once we ran it couldn’t tell if dishes were clean so often hand washed dishes. The dryer destroyed 2 shirts that got caught inside during the drying cycle. The pool is nice and hot tub was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again

Christmas at Ocean Breeze
We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this beautiful home. There were 7 adults, 1 child and 2 teens. The spa was popular with many but the water temperature was too chilly for swimming since we didn't request that the pool be heated. We had some difficulty getting into the house but that was immediately solved with one phone call. The living room does not have enough seating for the number of people without moving furniture. The outside porch is a spacious place to spend time when the weather is warmer. We did spend a few hours on the beach one day. There was intermittent rain the other days. Being Christmas vacation, there were other activities to keep us occupied. We joined the crowds at Nights of Lights in downtown St.Augustine but avoided the traffic by parking outside the city and riding the free shuttle. We do highly recommend this home for your vacation. It is not on the beach but a short walk away.

Sister's Thanksgiving 2023
From the moment my husband & I arrived.we were plesantly suprised with this home. The host, David had contacted us that morning .He was a text or call away the whole time we were there. I had packed too much extra stuff. This home was complely stocked.The kitchen was a delight to cook in . The home is really spacious 3 of the bedrooms have an outside balcony.One had a ping pong table which my neices loved The bathrooms are not tight at all. The living areas were big enough so we could all be together. 9 adults + . But plenty of spaces for alone time. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful ,we did not use it as i expected but it was clean and maintained while we were there. There is a path to the beach a few houses over It was a wonderful place for our 2023 Thanksgiving Memories. Well worth the $$$

We only stayed for a couple of nights, but the property was awesome. The neighborhood the house is in is the best in the St. Augustine area for those visiting the beach for vacation. There’s easy access to the beach, it is close to restaurants and grocery stores, and it is on a quiet street.

We are six cousins who do an annual trip together. We had a wonderful week at this lovely, well appointed home. Easy access to the beach, shopping and area attractions. Very comfy beds and furniture and great kitchen set up! Owners were very attentive and responsive … have already recommended this property to several friends and would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay
We had a great time with our family. The house was roomy and clean inside and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, which was nice. About 15 minutes to downtown St Augustine which was perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub with our babies. All bedrooms are upstairs except the bunk bed, which is in a cubby downstairs (not much privacy for that one). The big table was great for family game nights and dinners. We would definitely stay here again. We have already booked another trip in one of their other properties!

Enjoyable vacation house
This was a great place to stay for our family of 8 --a 1-yr old, a 4&5 yr old, 4 parents and a grandmother all found areas of the house enjoyable. The pool provided hours of fun, the beach was not crowded, though the walk there was more like 8+ minutes with the children. The owner was very responsive and the ping pong table was a great hit. Water pressure varied, some beds were soft and noisy, and there were issues with the pool -sometimes we had to fill the pool and the hot tub just heated the whole pool and never got hot enough itself. Bring your own beach equipment and body wash, but the owner provided enough laundry and dishwasher soap for the 4 days we were there. We would come back again.
