Welcome to our family friendly paradise in the heart of St. Augustine! We welcome you to relax and unwind by the pool/outdoor bar, squeeze in a workout in the garage gym and enjoy the close proximity to downtown and the beaches. Our vacation rental is located in beautiful Davis Shores in St. Augustine, and is perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends traveling together. With something for everyone, this vacation rental is sure to provide memories that will last a lifetime.
The Space:
The fenced-in back yard features a beautiful pool surrounded by luscious landscaping, as well as a fire pit with seating and a fully-loaded outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a 49" Smart TV, Blaze gas grill, kegerator and refrigerator, plus ample seating.
Upstairs, you will find an open-concept floor plan with a fully-stocked kitchen and spacious family room. The dining table seats 8 and there is an optional table leaf for additional space. The family room features a 65" Samsung Smart TV, a bar area and electric fireplace. On this level, there are two bedrooms: one queen bedroom with 43" Samsung Smart TV and one double bunk bedroom including a Pac-Man arcade game. Each bunk has a full-sized bed on bottom with a twin on top. Upstairs includes one full bathroom with tub. There is an eastern facing front deck accessed by both bedrooms, and a western facing back deck with outdoor dining and seating off the living/dining area. The back deck has a spiral staircase for backyard/pool access. There is a gate that latches at the top of the spiral staircase.
Downstairs you will find both king bedrooms. One is a true guest suite featuring its own bathroom with a walk in shower plus 40" TCL Smart TV. The second king bedroom is the spacious primary suite with a laptop friendly workspace, a large walk-closet, and an expansive bathroom featuring Jacuzzi bathtub and frameless, glass-enclosed shower plus 50" TCL Smart TV. This bedroom has direct access to the backyard and pool through the french doors. Lastly, you'll find the laundry room with an LG washer and dryer for your convenience. The laundry room also contains a laundry chute from the upstairs floor.
The garage features an extra refrigerator, work out equipment including a pull up bar, small dumbbells, small kettlebells, wall balls and yoga mat. You'll also find beach accessories such as beach chairs, beach wagon, beach umbrella and beach toys. Vehicles are NOT permitted to park in the garage. The paved driveway can accommodate six average-sized vehicles.
All Smart TVs provide access to Netflix and you are welcome to log into any of your personal streaming services. Our home features a Nest thermostat to keep you comfortable and high speed Xfinity internet with up to 1200mbps download speed to keep you connected.

Guests have access to our entire home via front door smart lock.

Our quiet, residential neighborhood is conveniently located between the beaches and downtown St. Augustine in Davis Shores on Anastasia Island.

Getting Around:
There are a few points of interest within walking distance but you will likely want to have a car to explore all of St. Augustine while you are here. Uber and Lyft are readily available.

Pets are allowed ONLY with prior approval. Pet fees apply. Unauthorized pets will incur additional pet fees.
Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
No vehicles allowed inside the garage. There is parking for six vehicles in the driveway as well as street parking.
Follow all pool safety rules.
Pool heating is available for a daily fee from Nov 1 - May 1 and weather dependent. Please inquire for further details.
Pool company is on site for maintenance weekly.
This is a two story home. Guests with mobility constraints can avoid all stairs by entering through the garage and would have access to the downstairs bedrooms and backyard.
Our neighborhood is mostly made up of long term residents who live here year-round. Excessive noise and parties at any hour are STRICTLY prohibited and quiet hours between 9pm and 7am are enforced. If noise complaints are received, local authorities may be notified.
Guests use all amenities including pool, exercise equipment, and fire pit at their own risk. Owners and property management will not be held liable in any way for the risk, danger, injury, or damages associated with use of amenities.
Please note: An additional charge will apply starting with the 9th guest and for each additional guest thereafter.
