- Harsh beach corrosion has occurred due to recent storms, which has resulted in direct beach access being affected. The beach is not handicap-accessible and could be difficult for guests to navigate.
- The fireplace inside does not work but there is a firepit in the backyard.
- 2 dogs welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific company approval.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- We only provide a starter supply (paper towel, toilet paper, laundry pods, dish pods) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for providing the rest.

- There is to be no smoking and/or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. If we find evidence you will be fined $500.
