Advertised as a two king bedroom unit. It is not which was a BIG deal for us. It is a king/queen unit.
I have stayed in a lot of rentals and have never been asked to start dishwasher, walk trash down to a dumpster, and start laundry before leaving. Why did I pay a VERY HIGH NONREFUNDABLE cleaning fee??? Also, ONE roll of toilet paper for 4 adults and a 3 night stay??? ONE dishwashing tablet and box of laundry soap? That’s just stingy. Nobody wants to spend their vacation going to the grocery store to buy cleaning supplies and toilet paper, especially when they’ve paid a premium to stay somewhere.
Did not appreciate that I had to check in late because management company was trying to move me to another unit because they didn’t have mine ready. Kept blaming their “system” for not reserving this unit, for not sending the cleaning crew, etc. The “system” seemed to work fine when it fully debited my account minutes after the booking was made. Manager was friendly and resolved issue quickly, but only after I absolutely insisted I would not take another unit sight unseen. I even mentioned that the reason I chose this one was the 2 king beds...I should have been told then that there was a mistake. I wasn’t.
Pros for the unit were that there were plenty of dishes, updated furnishings, lots of towels and blankets, everything new and sparkling clean, proximity to beach, assigned parking, onsite management and a great view.
