Great Place
Beautiful condo with plenty of supplies. Owner very responsive. Nice ocean view from master bedroom balcony. We had a wonderful time. Only bummer was the pool wasn’t heated during our stay but we found other things to keep us busy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Property
Property location is beautiful with phenomenal sunrises over the ocean. Beach is clean and easy to walk. Property is tastefully decorated, great appliances and stocked with all the comforts of home. Was a great week for our family and dogs.

On the beach
The property is steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. The house is very comfortable and spacious for a family. The unit is stocked with all the essentials. It was beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. It is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our despite the rain. I would definitely book this place again if coming back to St. Augustine area.

Wonderful
We’ve rented a lot of Vrbo vacation homes & this was the best EVER. The host provided so many small details (soap, kitchenware, water bottles, laundry & bathroom amenities) plus large details (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). This all added up making our stay so much easier & economical coming from so far away. The house is small but laid out really well with lots of balcony & patio views & just a SHORT walk to the beach & pools!!! Up to date kitchen & bathroom, & cozy bedrooms. I can’t wait to book my next stay at this adorable condo.

GREAT LOCATION!
We booked the condo for 1 week, It was a great stay! The condo was clean, and very well stocked. To our surprise they had everything from salt and pepper to beach toys all the way to dog bowls! The condo was exactly as described if not better. Out the bottom back patio is the broad walk to the beach, out the front garage and to the right is the 2 pools (very clean). There’s plenty to do in the area like mini golf, ice cream, walking, grocery shopping ect. Historic st. Augustine is a short and easy 10 minute drive max. I really can’t say enough great things about the condo and the area. Everyone enjoyed the stay and that’s saying a lot on its own as we have 2 under 10 and 2 teenagers!

Perfect Spot
We absolutely loved this place!! Location was Perfect!!! Close to EVERYTHING! The sunrise from the background was amazing! The beds were really comfortable, great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Having the beach in your backyard was fantastic! Great food and Stores very close!! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine. The rental had everything you could need for the beach and more. The place was well-stocked. The only thing we will pack in addition next time will be decks of cards. Highly rec. 5 star Pizza and Fish Camp for dinner. We will be back, thank you!

St Augustine Beachfront and Dog Friendly Vacation
If you are looking for a quiet, clean, dog-friendly beachfront condo in St. Augustine Beach, then this property is for you. The property is well located on St. Augustine beach and is two story direct beachfront updated townhouse. The main floor has a remodeled kitchen, full bathroom and living space with a patio on the beachside and a one-car garage facing inland. The kitchen has everything you need to cook all your own food plus a propane gas grill for barbeque. There are also a few coffee shops and breakfast places and a nice mini-golf course within walking distance and a hundred more restaurants within a short drive. The second floor has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a great view of the ocean and its own balcony. The condo complex has two pools. We found the area to be quiet and peaceful and was just what we needed for our getaway. The host, Lisa, is very responsive. We had an issue with the AC unit one evening and she immediately responded to our text and had a repair man out within the hour (and this was after 9;00pm at night). She followed up the next day to make sure everything was working for us (it was). Thank you Lisa for being so responsive to our needs.

May Stay
This was our first visit to this area of FL. The condo was just as described, very clean when we arrived, and plenty of stock for our stay. Not chintzy at all on TP, paper towels, bathroom towels, etc. The stand up shower was great for my older senior family members who have mobility issues and cannot get in/out of big tub. Lisa was very quick when we called for small issue w/ one of the BR tvs. She went and got a new receiver from cable company and brought it by to install and make sure it worked. It was very helpful that we were able to bring our little dogs with us too. We would definitely rent this unit again if coming to SA.

Had a great trip! We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with host. Easy access to beach& room had a nice airy beach feel. Dog walk areas were a little ways away: not hard for us, but an older dog might have trouble.

We really enjoyed our stay! It is a wonderful location to the beach and just a short drive to the historic district/shopping. Our dog had a wonderful time at the beach as did we. I would recommend. It was also a very quiet neighborhood and beach.

This property is AMAZING!!! Beautiful views of the ocean from the 2nd floor MBR balcony. Our family of four & our grand pup had a great time! Beachwalks occurred at least 3x a day! Kudos to Lisa (the owner) for many reasons! Beautiful decor/impeccably clean/best supplies for the beach/ kitchen & bathrooms that we have ever experienced in a vaca rental in St Augustine Beach! Made lots of new memories! Would definitely stay here again!!!!

This townhouse was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room and was well stocked ! Every bed was comfortable and the house was exactly like the pictures. A1 Place to Stay
I have stayed in a lot of beach rentals over my many years and this was one of the best I have stayed at. The beds were comfortable and we found the place very clean. The garage is a big plus, especially if you have dogs. There are beach toys, buggies, chairs and even beach towels. The bath rooms were stocked with soap, shampoo and TP, plus great water pressure. Both showers could be used at the same time, which is a big plus for everyone going out in the evening. Plenty of games, books, puzzles. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall a great place. Also, I left a very important item. Lisa was so great to take care of this for me and have it shipped to me. You will find her to be very nice and great to work with. You can’t go wrong staying here. Just another note, the entire property is nice and well kept. I felt very safe there. The pools are large and very nice.
