Room was beautiful and comfortable. Came with mini fridge, fyi. Staff was great and breakfast was amazing. They make freshly baked cookies every morning and they are quite delish. And fresh coffee and other beverages on hand! You will fall in love the different decor. This was our first time at a bed and breakfast. Very cozy here. Also, it is literally with 5 minutes walking distance to downtown.

The coffee was terrific, bed was very comfortable, plenty of space in my room, very clean, easy parking and access to downtown and the waterfront, flexible hostess with our comings and goings, and delicious late night snacks available.

We stayed at room 11. Lady next to me told me to be quiet at 11PM on the 4th, when there were fireworks going off on till 3am. She was rude about it and that’s my only complaint. Staff was nice. Food was good, rooms were clean, lady was rude and failed to be a nice neighbor at 12.

The lodging was beautiful and very convenient to the historic area. The breakfast and service was excellent, though when the facility is full there will be a long wait for for seating. The food was excellent, especially the baking. Check-in needs to be explained prior to arrival, there is no check-in at the house you need to go across the street. The decor is excellent and bathrooms beautifully updated and if you like a hard bed this is the place for you. Bring a sleep mask; the whole area is very well lit, but you think it's daylight all the time. Afternoons on the front porch was especially nice.

Stay was fantastic. Unloading and loading luggage was less than perfect. People taking up longer than needed parking in loading area making it extremely difficult to off and on load personal baggage
