The spa is decent & clean, although a bit crowded. Staff was helpful. Clean beddings & comfortable beds. The only hiccups, if I must say, were the lack of facial tissues & shower cap on request.

We enjoyed our 2-night family stay at The Cornwall Hotel Spa & Estate in August. We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming member of staff. Swimming pool and spa facilities were great. Only area improvement is the size of the TV in the room opposite the bed, which was miniscule for the size of the room and distance away from the bed - time for some upgrades?

Didn’t have the wow factor with outlook of room. Breakfast was a bit hot and miss. Food wasn’t replenished well nor the plates etc so had to ask for most things rather than them being at hand. The room albeit too floor so quieter in a generally quiet resort was near to the kitchen. Extractor fan so noise and smells and overlooked service yard

A lovely stay
A lovely stay in a woodland lodge, very peaceful. The accommodation was perfect. The Spa area was nice but small. The hotel restaurant served a lovely breakfast and the evening meals were also nice but a couple of the serving staff could have been a bit friendlier for the price and tips we are leaving!

Ensure you book the hotels restaurant in advance, had to end up pizzas as no tables in restaurant available not a good start from someone who would have stayed here on a regular basis whilst visiting and entertaining client's.

Overall experience was positive
Our overall experience was good if staying in the hotel and our dining experience in their restaurant was also brilliant. However, the only thing that could be improved is the car parking facilities as there is not a lot of space and there is no proper lighting at night which makes it unsafe to get back into the hotel.
