Welcome to this Spacious, Sparkling Clean and FUN home near Zion National Park!

Perfectly situated between Zion National Park and Sand Hollow State Park you will be surrounded by hiking, biking, and ATV trails as well as many unique southern Utah's red rock golf courses and a lake for cooling off and boating. Plus St. George shopping centers are only 30 minutes away. You will not be short of things to do.

The home is designed to entertain guests of all ages with a pool, hot tub, pickleball court, basketball hoop and outdoor grill and fire pit. Plus tons of room to relax and make yourself at home indoors.

The 4,000 square foot home has a modern and open floor plan. The large kitchen is fully stocked and features a convection oven, induction cooktop, large professional fridge and freezer, and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. There is dining space for 18, a large family room and a game loft as well as 2 laundry rooms.

The bedrooms feature king and queen beds with Purple Mattresses and premium bedding. Each bedroom has their own 50” smart TV. There are two additional 72” TVs in the loft and the living room.

The home has comfortable beds for up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms.

Bedroom 4: King bed attached to Jack-n-Jill bath with private sink and toilet, upstairs

Loft: Big loft with couch, 4 daybeds and lots of floor space

The pool and hot tub provide a great way to relax and have fun after your daily adventures. If you are interested in having the pool heated please reach out prior to your stay so we can set it up. October - May there is a $60 per day heating fee. The hot tub is heated year round by the push of a button at no additional charge.

Disclosure: For security purposes we have a smart doorbell and a garage door opener with security cameras. They will be on during your stay.

Spacious and comfortable
Very comfortable with lots of space for everyone to spread out. Owner very responsive to needs. Pickleball court was nice. The hot tub was great, but required 2 hours to heat up prior to use in December. Owner did not permit it to be left on continuously. So this meant it could not be used first thing in the morning and you will need to notify the owner if you want it fully heated upon return after a day of hiking. Pool was very nice when heated to an appropriate temperature. It was too cold when we arrived, but owner increased the temperature upon request. 25 min drive to Zion south and west entrances. Lots of other hiking nearby too. We would rent again.

Thanksgiving Perfection
The home, host, and overall experience exceeded all expectations! My family of eight plus two visitors stayed over Thanksgiving week. The home served as a central hub for trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Coral Sand Dunes. The home was clean, spacious, and very well equipped to accommodate all our needs, including preparing several elaborate meals for the entire family, and keeping everyone entertained after long days of outdoor activities. We booked the property based on its proximity to Zion National Park and the space it has for our family. The pool and pickleball court were bonuses. The house was clean and well maintained, with adequate cooking gear, a nice large refrigerator and freezer, comfortable beds and furnishings. The host was awesome, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Gateway to so many activities!
The home was beautiful in and out, with tons of space for my family of four. The home guest book suggested some good locations to check out around the area, that my family and I really enjoyed to see. I am giving Spencer’s home a 5 star review as my family and I had no complaints at all. Any questions we had was responded back right away with his personal phone number for quicker response. Thank you for allowing us in your home to enjoy the area and hope we make it back soon!

Wonderful Property
Used this house for family funeral so we could be together to mourn. It was great for that, and good to throw in some fun after the stress of the funeral. The fridge, table, seating, number of beds, along with entertainment for kids, and teenagers was priceless! The kitchen had everything we needed to feed everyone, and the hot tub was relaxing way to end the day. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Beautiful home, great location
This home in La Verkin is just as described and pictured. It’s clean, lovely, and a great location to Zion (less than 30 minutes on a scenic drive to the entrance). La Verkin is a central location to everything and we really enjoyed our week there. We had zero issues and the few questions we did have were answered very quickly by the owner—within minutes. Checkin and checkout were easy. The pool and backyard provided tons of fun during our down time. We loved going to the local roasting company less than a few minutes away from breakfast and lunch/dinner. Overall we’d 100% recommend this location. My kids loved the “movie room” upstairs for relaxing and playing shuffleboard too. 10/10. Thank you, Spencer, for sharing your lovely home with us.

They thought of everything!
Usually you go to a vacation rental and you have to bring your own stuff, but here they thought of everything, from the complimentary Mia Shampoo and Conditioner all the way down to the s’mores. It was a very hospitable gesture and we really appreciated it. Check in was easy, communication was fast and personable. I could tell the host really cared about our stay. In addition the home was decorated so nicely, and it was roomy with plenty of things to do. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home. Very roomy. Loved that there were 2 “family rooms” to accommodate multiple interests. Washer and dryer on both floors was also nice. The pickleball court and basketball hoop were a plus. Appreciated the pool during the very hot spell.

Perfect
The home is very clean, well stocked with just about everything you would need. It accommodated our group of 13 very well and comfortably. All rooms a good size, two laundry rooms worked out well, the kitchen was great ( upgraded appliances, fully supplied with everything you would need and the pantry was amazing), having the garage was great, internet was good, and outside was a ton of fun after hiking all day. The pool was so refreshing and a game of pickle ball and basketball was on! The use the grill was great and supplied the stuff for s’mores!! Spencer was an excellent owner to work with. Very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again - no question.

Amazing Stay for Visiting Beautiful Parks & Relaxing
The house was perfect for our vacation. We had 12 family members from 78-6. It was in a great location to visit the nearby national parks and provided lots of activity on days we decided to hang out and just relax. The kitchen was fully stocked with all things we needed to cook a few meals, the house has plenty of space for a large group, and lots of activity options for young and old. It provided the perfect landing spot for an amazing family vacation.

Just what we expected
Given the photos and other reviews the place was just what was expected, except it was larger than the pics could represent. We had plenty of room to spread out and still congregate for meals together. The place was a little out of the way, but it worked fine for our plans.

Great large clean place!!!!
Great communication upon booking, check in, even after check in!!! The house is very nice, clean and well maintained. With plenty of room for everyone. This is the second time we have stayed. Very close to Zion and Sand Hollow. Perfectly close, but on a quiet cut de sac. Restaurants are near or you can just BBQ at the house and enjoy the pool. Highest recommendation!!!

Great Family House
We stayed at this property with our children ages 5-13 and their grandparents - so full range of ages. It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone. The kids enjoyed playing shuffle board in the loft play area. The pool was a big hit as was the bb court. Zion national park was about 30 min away which was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of basics available too - towels for pool, shower, soap for dishes and laundry. I cannot think of anything that they missed, other than the firepit was not set up. We communicated with host and got a quick response. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Spring Break 2024
Our family stay here for Spring Break. We very much enjoyed the house. It was perfect for us. Master bedroom away from kids. Upstairs room for teens to hang out. Played pickle ball, basketball, hot tub and fire pit most days. (the pickle ball net is pretty shredded and needed to be rigged to work but we made it work) did the puzzle, watched movies. We cooked in every meal and the kitchen had ever thing we needed to make full dinner for 8. Location was perfect for Zion and other canyons. Hope to come back in the summer to hike the slot canyons. Would stay here again!
