Take advantage of the perfect destination for any winter sport with snowmobile trails running adjacent to the property, nearby cross country ski trails and ice fishing within view of your window. Convenient trailer parking is available. Relish all the beauty the Northwoods has to offer, and only a short drive to supper clubs, quaint shopping and many activities.

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome with numerous updates, features an open concept living room and kitchen facing the lake. The gas fireplace has a beautiful floor to ceiling stone, and a coffee/tea bar make a perfect treat after a day of winter sporting. Stainless steel appliances make cooking easy and a washer/dryer adds to your overall convenience. The owner suite has a king bed. The cozy guest room includes 1 twin and 1 queen bed. The sofa sleeper contains a blow up queen mattress.

Beautiful Respite
What a fantastic place to stay after all the hustle & bustle of the holidays! It was our Christmas present to one another. The beautiful condo was immaculate, complete with everything we needed, cozy, comfortable and on-the-spot hosts! Thank you Nic! We tried to play in the snow, but there wasn't much, so we hiked instead. Feeding the chickadees sunflower seeds out of our hands at Anvil Lake is always a treat as well as hiking on the Tara Lila Trails with its meticulous signage (thank you!), both near Eagle River. The Awassa Trail system by St. Germain was new to us this year and very nice. Blink Bonnie's had the best steaks ever! But enjoying our relaxing mornings w/coffee in front of the peaceful fireplace and savoring the gorgeous view was the best nugget of delight throughout our whole stay. We're coming back next year.

Great Location on the Water
Loved our stay in St. Germaine!! The lake was the perfect size to explore on our jetskis. Great location within close distance to both Minocqua and Eagle River. Plenty to do in the area - golf courses, mini golf, ice cream and coffee shops, shopping, waterski show, etc. the condo was super nice and had everything we needed!!! Loved the fire pit for fires at night and the private boat launch area/dock space. Thank you!!!!

Beautiful weather only made our stay more enjoyable at this lovely property. Lots of deer everyday. Loons on the lake and eagles flying overhead. Not serious fishermen but rented pontoon to explore the lake and cast a few times. Pontoon rental well worth it. Property well stocked with essentials and owner easy to contact.
