Talo kunnostettiin kokonaan ja valmistui helmikuussa 2019. Altaalta ja porealtaalta on upeat näkymät. Upea yläkerran huone on upea keräyspaikka ja siinä on 70 tuuman älytelevisio. Uusi keittiö 2019.
Tämä loma-asunto sijaitsee lähellä kohdetta Neitsytsaarten kansallispuisto. Majoituspaikka tarjoaa asiakkaille esimerkiksi ulkouima-altaan. Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaiden käyttöön muun muassa yksityisen uima-altaan ja keittiön.

Best Vacation Ever!
My husband and I stayed for a week celebrating our 25 year wedding anniversary. We had been to St. John once before and stayed near Cruz Bay, but we were in awe of the amazing views at Alta Vista and will definitely come back. The house was absolutely beautiful, really perfect, private, and everything we were dreaming of. We really enjoyed the sunset every night, the breathtaking views every day, and the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen was well appointed and we had the best time. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely property with breathtaking views. People can have private spaces with the 3 bedroom options. The pool is chilly. The hot tub is divine. A 4 wheel drive Jeep is a must.

Alta Vista is an amazing property atop Bordeaux Mountain with views of Coral Bay and the BVI. Even after the island’s brush with the storm Ernesto, the property was clean and ready for visitors. The drive up the mountain is well worth the drive and the anxiety from such narrow lanes.

Great Property, Great Views
We enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. The property was very clean and the pool was great. The hot tub is no longer where it is in the pictures on the website. They have made the hot tub area into a planter and have a stand alone hot tub next to the old hot tub area. Not a huge deal the stand alone hot tub is fine but while we were there the cover was broken so it had a lot of bugs in it. When getting out of the pool or hot tub be careful on the darker brown tiles...they get very slippery...I recommend wearing flip flops with wet feet on the darker brown tiles. I was having a hard time envisioning the set up of the house so hopefully this will help. First, bedrooms are COMPLETELY separate. We have a 9 year old and a 13 year old so this was fine for us. There is a main house with a kitchen and the master bedroom with a bathroom and a laundry room off the kitchen. Upstairs (which is accessed by an outside staircase) has a big family room and a bar and a dining table. The main house has houses on either side that are each a bedroom with a bathroom so it is basically 3 master bedrooms. There is outdoor dining which we used every day. The table area could use a little more lighting maybe directly over it but we turned on the porch lights to make it work. The house has coolers, beach chairs and towels, snorkels, and a tent and is very well stocked with paper towels, TP, etc. I would recommend Alta Vista it was a nice, comfortable house and it does have fantastic views!

My wife and I recently traveled to St John and we were so happy we ended up at Alta Vista. The pictures don’t even come close to how beautiful this house is and the views at the property were breathtaking. The company that mages the property (Eric and Beth, especially) were beyond helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and gave us plenty of great recommendations as far as where to go what to do. The house has everything you could possibly need and then some. As beautiful as St John is it was hard to leave the house everyday but so nice coming back to. We can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to come back!

Alta Vista is an outstanding home consisting of three attached units each containing a large air conditioned bedroom and walk-in showers with king beds (one can be either twin or king). This ensures privacy and a quiet night of sleep. The pool and hot tub are totally private and overlook the Caribbean with Tortola views. The kitchen is well equipped in the main unit with a large common space accessible above via outside stairs. The large upstairs room has a fully stocked bar and refrigerator, living area with fireplace and large television, and a dining table that seats 8 comfortably. It has a powder room and access to two porches ensuring beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Our only complaint for our week long stay was the Dish satellite box was inoperative. Eric was able to get access to a couple of streaming services the last few days. The house has every amenity including personal care products and linens and towels. There is an abundance of beach gear: towels, chairs, beach tent, snorkels and fins, coolers, etc. The house is 20 minutes from Cruz Bay requiring rental of a four wheel drive vehicle to reach the top of Bordeaux Mountain. The roads are steep and curvy so not great for inexperienced or anxious drivers. We loved the tranquility of being up high but some might find it too isolated. We felt totally safe, as the house is surrounded by thick foliage with an electronic gate at the entrance. Can’t wait to return!

Just as expected!
We had a great time this past week in STJ at Alta Vista. Our first visit to the island, and we'll def be back. Family of 5 (three teenagers). The accommodations were just what we needed. Everyone had their own space but we could still congregate outside on the patio and pool area to eat and hang out. Loved the TV room upstairs for late night games and tv watching. Just a few things to help you better plan- One of the adjacent "villa" rooms comes with a king bed made from two twin beds. In the listing, the pic shows two twins. We needed the use of the two twins more than it being put together as a king, but it looked like it could have been easily separated into two twins if that's needed. The upstairs TV room was awesome and we took some card games up there to play after the sunset but before we were ready for bed. Def a nice addition!! The kitchen was set up very nicely and very easy to use. We ate at home probably half the time we were there, so def got it's use. Had a few minor things come up through the week that the property manager was extremely and timely on answering our questions or fixing the issue. Beautiful house, beautiful scenery, beautiful area!! We couldnt have asked for a better place to enjoy the week.

Absolutely Stunning
My family stayed at Alta Vista for 1 week - we had a family wedding to attend on Trunk Bay. The entire wedding party and wedding guests all stayed in/near Cruz Bay. I am so glad we decided to be a little more adventurous and stay on Bordeaux Mountain with views of Coral Bay! During the day, we traveled to nearly every part of the coast on St John followed by a nice and calm retreat at Alta Vista. The sunrises, the sunsets, the views went on forever. Not to mention the wonderful amenities at this beautiful home! My mother and father-in law came out to BBQ with us one of the evenings and they could not stop oooh-ing and ahhhh-ing over our lovely home, followed by a "umm, you're not coming over to see our place in Cruz Bay". Staying at Alta Vista was extremely relaxing and it helped us enjoy our vacation even more. Per my husband, "this was the best vacation he's ever had". We definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to stay on St John. Thanks for helping us make memories to last a lifetime!

Amazing vacation
We loved this property it is everything they say and more. You don’t need anything and the house is perfect in every way. Comfortable, beautiful and the views are amazing! Check in was easy and Eric answered all of our questions. The outdoor space is so incredible. We had two couples and it was perfect. The area is quiet and relaxing. We give the home and the whole experience from booking checking in and checking out 10 plus ⭐️

St John Paradise close to Coral Bay
Our family of four (children 12 and 15) loved staying at Alta Vista. It is a beautiful home with gorgeous views of the ocean and surrounding islands, and it is well stocked with beach chairs, coolers, towels, beach bags, etc. The realtor met us in Cruz Bay and we followed him to the house. He showed us how to use everything and gave us a welcome basket with some very welcome snacks. The house is about a 10-15 minute drive from most beaches and Coral Bay. We preferred to have dinner in Coral Bay each night because it's a more laid back atmosphere than Cruz Bay and it's much easier to find a free parking spot. If you prefer the night life of Cruz Bay, it is about a 20 minute drive, and you'll have to pay for parking. I wouldn't recommend this house for families with small children because each bedroom is in it's own little building, so you may feel too separated from each other. We would love to come back to stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful week at Alta Vista. The house is clean and well appointed with everything we needed for the beach as well as for lazy days at the villa. The views are absolutely beautiful. We loved watching the sunset every evening off the deck. This is the perfect villa for 2 or 3 couples because of the spacious, comfortable rooms and privacy.

We have traveled to St.John multiple times. This is by far the best property we have stayed in. The layout of the house was perfect for my adult kids and my wife and I. The views in the morning are breathtaking and hot tub tub at night was spectacular. We had James Miller as the property manager in a past stay and he was accommodating as usual. We already made plans to revisit next year.

My group of 4 adults had fantastic stay at Alta Vista. We have stayed at several villas close to Coral Bay but this is by far our favorite. The highlights: 1- The best stocked kitchen for cooking that I have ever experienced in a rental. We cooked a lot and had more than we needed between the appliances, pots, pans, dishes and grill. Also, many different indoor and outdoor dining tables and areas. 2 - Privacy and layout. The house has 3 “buildings” connected by an amazing pool and hot tub area. My husband and I got our own bedroom and bathroom. My sister in law stayed in the master with her our bathroom and outdoor shower, and our friend also had her own sleeping area and bathroom. Was great to be together and then go to our own areas at night to relax and sleep. We slept like babies. 3 - The Upstairs. On the second floor of the main house are windows and terraces that show off the Caribbean views from sunrise to sunset. Also in this great room is a wet bar (stocked with liquor and barware) and huge dining table. Our stay coincided with the World Series and being Phils fans, we spend many nights streaming the game on the giant tv. Access to the house was easy and clear. We were met upon arrival in St. John and lead to the house. Pool was great for lazy days and night swims. Hot tub was spectacular for sunsets and star gazing. The breeze from the top of Bordeaux Mountain made every hour of the day comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough.

AN AMAZING PLACE WITH ALL THAT YOU WOULD ASK FOR
My wife's 2 sisters joined my wife and I for a fantastic 9 days - most of it spent at this wonderful house. Each bedroom was in a different building, so we all had privacy and everything that one would need or even think about needing was at the house. From the moment we arrived on the island, we were met by management who led us to the property. We had stopped to buy food on STT before taking the ferry to St John, and we bought alcohol we did not need as the house had a fully stocked bar. They had everything you would want to take to the beach with us (chairs, snorkle, fins, ice chests, gazeebo, etc. The pool and hot tub at the house was wonderful as was the full size tv upstairs for watching football. We plan on returning to this VRBO in the future and we've told countless others about it and a couple have said they plan on reserving it also. When you split the price up by 4 people, it was almost like renting a Holiday Inn - but this had so much more. We literally felt like we were being treated like the wealthy in this place - on a medium size budget. OUTSTANDING

This was the perfect place to relax in piece and quiet. You are close enough to drive anywhere you want to go to snorkel, check out Cruz Bay or grab something to eat. I would recommend staying here without a doubt. Stop searching and book this house.

Wonderful!
The property was absolutely perfect for three couples, my wife and I and our two young adult daughters and their partners. The house was of a fabulous architectural design (and that's coming from a designer). Quality throughout, great beds, pool, and furnishings. A tad disappointed in the kitchen wares...could have, and should have been higher quality. The hot water was less than hot in the outdoor shower and kitchen sink. All in all, a solid value with beautiful views. Bordeaux Mountain may not be ideal for all but we happen to think it as our first choice.
