Pearl Guest House on kauniin rantahotelli Rendezvous Bayssä, ylellisellä Boatman Point -alueella. Sen vain 2 meripeninkulman ajomatkan päässä keskustasta Cruz Bay, josta löydät ruokaostokset, ravintolat ja ostokset; ja 15 minuutin ajomatkan päässä VI National Parkin rannoilta. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikki kokki voi tarvita kuten mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone ja ulkona BBQ grilli. On graniittiset ja kirsikka kaapit myös saari jakkara istuimet. Ylempi taso on myös sisätiloissa ruokapöytä istuimet neljälle sekä tärkein olohuone / oleskelualue viihdekeskus. Palveluihin kuuluu kaapeli-tv DVD / CD-soittimella, nopea internetyhteys WiFi-yhteyden ja langattoman Bose-kaiuttimen kanssa. On kokoelma elokuvia omaan käyttöösi, kun täällä. Ylempi taso on myös ulkopuolella kattaa kannelle mahtuu - täydellinen paikka katsella auringonvalossa tai kuutamo tanssia veden alla.

Alemmalla tasolla (käsiksi ulkoa portaikko) sisältää kaksi makuuhuonetta vieressä oma kylpyhuone, ja pesutupa. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on king-size-vuode ja / C. On suuria liukulasiovi ovet molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on upeat näkymät lahdelle ja sen jälkeen. Makasi sängyssä ja tuudittaa unessa ääni surffailla ja trooppiset tuulet.
Tilava alakerroksen on täydellinen paikka aterioida ulkona. Kansi on hyvin yksityinen ja ympäröi vehreä trooppinen kasvillisuus. Katsoa alas nähdä banaaneja, kookospalmuja, avain lehmukset, frangipani, ja lisää!
Pearl vieraat ovat tervetulleita käyttämään 2-paikkainen kajakki, joka on rannalla alla. Voit meloa lahden ja rentoutua valkoista hiekkaa Ditleiff Beach. Stunning!
This is a lovely house in a stunning location. Very clean, high-quality build, well-equipped, comfortable, private, perfectly quiet other than the wonderful sound of waves. The hosts are next door and are helpful and friendly but not at all intrusive. But . . . we thought the listing was less than accurate. We chose this place mostly because of the description of the location: “beach access via a private neighborhood staircase.” That made it sound like we might want to spend a day or so of our vacation staying around the house, visiting that beach. But the “beach” is really just a narrow steep rocky strip, and not terribly clean. You can get into the water there, but it’s not the kind of beach where you would want to sit and relax. To go to a beach where you might want to hang out, you have to drive. If you want a really wonderful place to stay, and you don’t mind a short drive to go do things, this place is perfect.

Peaceful location with stunning views!
We had a fabulous stay! This villa was just as advertised - beautiful, bright and clean with breathtaking views. The home was well-equipped, and Karen responded quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed peaceful evenings under spectacular stars, listening to the waves crash below! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous views
We had an 8 day stay on St John with my family of 4. The house is lovely and very well equipped. The views from the house are absolutely amazing. It was close to Cruz bay which was nice and beaches were just a short drive away. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again. The one downside - and this is no fault of the owners - but there were rolling power outages on the island during our entire stay, which was difficult to deal with.

Beautiful View
We enjoyed our stay here on the cliffside overlooking the sea and the full moon. Gorgeous view here. Roads to get to the property and around the island are winding and steep. The privacy and nature sounds were lovely. Some of the nonstick cookware was scratched up, because some people don't know you aren't supposed to use metal utensils on the coating, if you're concerned about that kind of thing. Other than that the house was well stocked with everything we needed, including towels, coolers, beach chairs. The beaches on the north shore were the ones we continued to return to.

Wonderful Quiet Get-a-Way
The view is wonderful. Nice easy access by car to Cruz Bay and its restaurants, bars, and groceries. With a rental car you can relax at home with the view, or head out to all the outdoor activities that St John has to offer. Communication was great with our hosts who gave us a lot of local information and recommendations. We would highly recommend Pearl Guest House. Perfect fit for the two of us.

Wonderful two weeks
A beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the sunrises over Monte Bay. Great kitchen and outdoor grilling facilities. Comfortable and spacious living areas. Snorkeling from the rocky shore beneath the guest house was fantastic and a good way to start the day. It was hard to leave.

The host was very infomative from the get go, secondly, if there is paradose on earth, this was the place. My family and I came here to celebrate my husband's 50th but also to show the kids St John and it not disappoint. Waking up everyday surrounded by the pcean I can get ised to that. Thank you so much Karen and Ibro. I highly recommend this beautiful villa as we will be coming back soon!

Pearl House was wonderfully peaceful. Close to grocery shopping, easy drive to the world class beaches. Very comfortable. Kitchen had the tools to cook our own meals - we don't eat out very often. Really enjoyed the mornings on the balcony. Mosquitos were not an issue. We would go again.

Absolutely Perfect!
Our stay at the Pearl Guest House was absolutely perfect! The property is beautiful and the location is excellent. Our stay was May '23 with two couples. The property is just right for two couples and had everything we needed. The easterly breezes kept the upstairs quite comfortable with the windows open. We only ran the upstairs AC once when we first arrived. We used the downstairs bedroom AC units only when getting ready and/or sleeping. The sound of the ocean waves crashing on the rocks below is constant and relaxing. Getting to the shore below is a bit challenging, so plan accordingly. We did not use the kayak as the bay was quite choppy during our stay. With easterly winds, the bay is protected from the Sargassum seaweed by the point across the bay. We did have some southerly winds towards the end of our stay that brought some seaweed into the bay, but nothing in front of the house. We did see a sea turtle in the bay from the upper patio, which was a nice treat! Any complaints we had are rather trivial and in no way take away from the overwhelming positive experience we had staying at the Pearl Guest House. The master bath shower window only has a screen and no window, so it can get a little muggy when getting ready, and some of the birds can be quite loud at night... but again... quite trivial. The open-air concept in the master shower has its charm. ;) This place is absolutely amazing and will be our 1st choice for our yearly visit to St. John! BOOK IT!

Privacy and Perfection
Driving from Cruz Bay feels like such a short jaunt (and it is), but once you round the corner onto Boatman Point Rd, you feel like you’re headed to your own private bay. The views are stunning, and the home faces a bay that is rarely used, save for a sailboat or two that may moor for the night. It is the absolute perfect location. Close to town for all of our fine-dining needs, but far enough away to provide the seclusion that we needed to truly relax. Karen and Ibro have thought of everything. The home was immaculately clean, and the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and wonderful flowers on the table when we arrived were the finishing touches that made this stay truly exceptional. It was so great getting to know the hosts, and we would be blessed to stay here again.
