Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, I am committed to creating comfortable experiences for my guests. I offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction, and professional cleanings in which ALL the linens are cleaned.

★ EARLY CHECK-IN AND/OR LATE CHECK-OUT: Please inquire about your options when booking

★ PETS: No cats allowed. Dogs must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet
- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee
- Membership dog park in the back of the building: $75 for the year 2023

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (over 20 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Excellent accommodations in downtown STL
Met our family in STL for a Cardinals game and tourist attractions. This loft is central to all downtown and walkable. The loft is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Hosts checked in on us to make sure all was well. Accommodated 7 people very comfortably.

This was a great place for our annual family trip to St. Louis. Close enough to walk to the Arch, Riverfront, ballpark and City Museum. Clean and enough beds and space for our adult kids. Will use this one again!

Great Conference/Dowtown Stay
I had a week long conference and wanted something closer to the convention center. This was a short walk to the convention center and was super spacious and clean. The space had plenty of room for people. 4 queen beds in total for larger paties. Not to mention the host Rachel was very responsive and nice. It did tend to get a little loud at night and closer to the weekend due to street noises. I never heard anything from the neighbors or inside. It didn't bother me since I sleep through anything. I will definitely book again if it's available. Other than that lots of great food choices nearby. There is a great breakfast and lunch spot right across the street from the place to which we spent plenty of time at.

Great space for multiple people
This space was great for our family to all stay together. Location was good for us to go to the ball game and be able to walk. The noise is quite loud at night. I wish we had ear plugs. But overall, good spot to stay if you are going to the ball game.

Convenient to EVERYTHING
Enjoyed a guys weekend of MLB and XFL at the Denim Lofts, and the consensus is that “we’ll definitely be back!” The remodeled warehouse that creates these lifts was VERY well done. Large comfortable spaces and rooms made the space perfect for our group. There were a few instances of loud street noise late at night, but nothing too extreme.

Great spot downtown
It was a great spot and we had a good stay. Nice loft with lots of light. I live in a city so the noise was as I am used to (saw this comment on other reviews). Would recommend this space for a family visit.

Good place to stay for baseball weekend
We stayed here during a Cardinals weekend series and it was an easy walk back and forth to the stadium. The area is loud at night, but the apartment was nice and we were comfortable the entire weekend.

Property was very clean and location was great! We liked the building was secured and check in was very easy. The rental is located on Washington Ave which can get kind of noisy on a Saturday night.

Great location, but…
The proximity of this rental to all downtown attractions is awesome. The loft is charming and clean and I loved the the ambiance of the old building and it’s renovation, fits right in with the architectural charm of STL. That all said, we had a toddler with us and a tween. That particular street is very active with nightlife, which is all fine until blaring music and revving engines keep you awake until the wee hours of the morning. Obviously, the owner can’t do much about the noise level of the area but this probably isn’t the best option for very young children, the noise is loud enough to easily interrupt sleep, it woke all of us up.. We booked for 2 nights but ended up going to a nearby hotel for the second night.

Great downtown apartment with lots of space
The apartment was great for my friends and I to explore St. Louis for a long weekend vacation. It is right on Washington street with good access to restaurants, bars and sports. It is convenient to get to the interstates as well, so was easy to drive to other neighborhoods and museums. The rooms in this loft style apartment don't have ceilings and it is right above night life, so if you are looking to avoid loud street noise or potentially different sleep schedules with your group, you may want to look for a different place. This wasn't an issue for our group, but potential renters should be aware. The only places close we could find to park were surface lots and we ended up paying $40 a night to park. Not a deal breaker, but it was the only way we could see to avoid feeding meters all the time, so factor that into your stay costs. Overall, i would definitely recommend this place and would stay again on future trips.

Beautiful loft
The property was awesome. The layout was great and my family really enjoyed being in the heart of the city! It was close to everything and very easy to get around the neighborhood. There are some wonderful brunch places nearby and I would certainly recommend staying here!

Great Family Time
My Family and I stayed at the loft. It was great for 4 adults, 1 toddler, and an infant. We were within walking distance to the arch and various other activities. Rachel was a great host and kept ongoing communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend! Thanks you!

Great loft space
The loft is charming. Lots of space and very clean. Things to know is parking is scarce…meters are far few and in between. Have change ($2.00 hr.) as the credit card option did not work for us. Parking in nearby lot that was recommended is $40 a day!! It is not safe to walk outside after dark. We did not feel safe outside after 10:00pm. It is very loud out on the street as Washington seems to be the main drag, with lots of clubs, base, sirens and loud mufflers into the early hours of the mornings. I would not bring young children into this area.

Wedding getting ready location
Amazing property with picture perfect rooms! Family said it was like we were living on an HGTV show! Owner’s attention. to every detail was perfect. Response time for the simplest questions was immediate!. Would definitely recommend! We stayed as a family and used location for our daughter’s “getting ready “pictures for the bridal party. .

I had some of my friends in town and wanted to stay downtown. This was a perfect location to walk to bars and food places. It also is a really big space where you can have your own space and not feel cluttered. Only thing I will say is bring an iron if you need one as well didn't have one. But that was a minor inconvenience.

Days at Denim
We had a great time in this wonderful little loft apartment. It was very clean and exactly the way it was portrayed in the photographs. There is no washer and dryer, and there is no patio. But other than that it is exactly the way it was listed. There was only two bath towels for a family of six. So we had to purchase some towels to use. So you might wanna keep that in mind if you’re staying here. But it is a fabulous place. Located right in the heart of things.. We rode scooters all over the city. Very close to the city museum which is great for kids! A few blocks from baseball games! Very close to the aquarium and other family attractions. Super restaurants, Bars, and coffee shops nearby. Easily picked up by Uber and dropped off. It’s a big city so you have to make good choices and be safe. We use the parking lot at the end of the block. It was convenient easily accessible to walk to. And well lit. All in all it was an amazing experience and would stay there again. Over and over. I highly recommend.
