Allas on avoinna: 1. huhtikuuta - 31. lokakuuta!

4 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta Moderni perheen koti, jossa on lämmitetty maa-allas. Allasta ympäröi lapsille turvallinen aita, joka voidaan poistaa vanhemmille vieraille. Kuituoptiset kehävalot ympäröivät uima-allasta ja tekevät iltauinnista hauskoja.

Olemme alueen ainoa lämmitetty ulkouima-allas, joka on parempi kevään ja syksyn uima-nautinto.

Olemme myös kaupungin ainoa vrbo-koti, joka tarkistetaan vuosittain turvallisuuden ja laillisen käyttöasteen suhteen. Sertifiointimme on kehystetty ja näytetty pääsylipassamme !!!

Olemme ainoa St. Louis City VRBO -koti tarkistetaan vuosittain turvallisuuden ja laillisen matkustajamäärän suhteen!

Pääkerroksen kylpyammeessa 1 on poreallas, jossa on lämmitin. Tämä tarkoittaa, että vesi ei saa kylmää; joten laita elokuva ja katso sisäänrakennetulla näytöllä. Lapset eivät valita kylpylästä. Kylpyssä on myös huippuluokan vesiominaisuuksia, mukautetut kalusteet, vaaleansiniset wc-istuimet ja stereokaiuttimet kuunnella suosikkimusiikkiasi.

Pääkerroksen makuuhuoneessa on tyylikäs laatikko- ja tynnyri-moderni katosvuode.

2. kerroksen kylvyssä 2 on kattoikkuna suihkussa, joten voit katsella tähtiä. Lämpölamppu on ylimääräinen plus.

Molemmissa yläkerran makuuhuoneissa on kattoikkunat, joiden avulla voit katsella tähtiä nukahtaessasi.

Makuuhuoneissa on Silpure Silver antimikrobiset tyynyt, patentoitu antimikrobinen tuote, joka sisältää erittäin hienoja hopeakiteitä kestävän puhtauden ja raikkauden aikaansaamiseksi.

Keittiössä on deionisoitu käänteisosmoosivesijärjestelmä puhdasta suodatettua juomavettä ja jäätä varten. Keittiöön on kiinnitetty ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu polka dot-pesutupa. Tämän avulla on helppo valmistaa illallinen, pestä pyykkiä ja katsella lasten uimaan. Huippuluokan Fisher- ja Paykel-kuormauskuivaimia ja -pesukoneita on saatavana. Mukana toimitetut pesuaineet, valkaisuaineet ja tahranpoistoaineet. Lattia lämmitetään viileämpiä kuukausia.

Koti on vain korttelin päässä Starbucksista, aitoja italialaisia ruokia 'Hillillä' ja St Louisin suosikki Ted Drewen jäädytettyä vaniljakastike. Kävele antiikkikauppoja, puistoa, tenniskenttiä ja jääkiekkokenttää. Uusi IHop rakennettiin juuri kävelyetäisyydellä, ja se on avoinna syksyllä 2017.

Back to School Staycation
We traveled with a first and sixth grader and everyone enjoyed themselves in this family friendly home! The hostess went above and beyond to make the stay for the whole family magical. Even though we traveled with kids, it was So Relaxing! Perfect family getaway!

Family Vacation 2024
Beautiful house and property. The Host thought of everything, down to the luxurious towels! The location was ideal just minutes outside the city. The pool was a huge hit with the Grands Close proximity to everything we wanted to do and see. Took in a Cardinals game, went up The Arch, saw the Zoo and the Science Museum. Also took a float trip on the Meramec River! What an adventure we had.

Family friendly with some appliance issues
First of all, I cannot say enough about the host—Deborah. She was kind, prompt, and thoughtful and frankly delightful to work with, I felt very “cared for” on this trip. This is an older home in an older but cute part of town. The neighborhood felt safe. Lots of conveniences close by which was great. The location was perfect for us to do all things STL. We have 4 kids and this home was very functional for us to come back in the afternoon while our littlest napped and the rest of us could swim every day. The pool was great! The home is very clean and our kids appreciated all the fun things for them to do and thoughtful touches by the host. We were a little surprised there is no streaming or Roku, but we aren’t big tv people and there was an antenna and dvds, just surprised by the older tech. We also unfortunately struck out with appliances: the dishwasher stopped working mid-trip, the washing machine alarmed and had to be reset with each load, and we had issues with the grill on our last day. Deborah was very kind and prompt in her response to all of these which was appreciated but we were a little frustrated by the end of the trip as it seemed like it was constantly something. All in all, would definitely recommend this place to families as long as the appliances are all working :)

Family Getaway!
Deborah went above and beyond to make the stay memorable for all of us especially the kids. She had treats and toys out for the kids when we arrived. The neighborhood was nice and close to all activities and restaurants. The pool came supplied with fun floats and towels and was enjoyed by all. We had a great family trip!

First of all, what a great host. I cannot even say enough about her availability, quick response, and special touches that she did for our family. Home is close to everything. We had fun from the hot tub to the pool to the quick walk for donuts in the morning. We had such a great vacation.

Second Stay!
We love this property and the owner. Deborah is delightful! She put so many personal touches on the home depending on the ages of the kids and the make up of the group. She had everything perfectly set up for us upon our arrival!! We loved this place so much that this is our second stay here. The pool is absolutely amazing and we spent lots of time swimming! The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and close to everything in St. Louis!! The kitchen is fully stocked, and we prepared the majority of our meals at home instead of taking four little kids to a restaurant :-) I cannot say enough great things about this property, and I fully expect that we will return again in the future!!

Best stay ever.
We were truly happy with how communicative our hosts were. Any little question i had they answrred in minutes! As soon as we walked in it felt like home. The hosts had little presents for our kids all over the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the appliances, pots, pans and utensils you could ask for. We had a blast in the pool. Who knew you could swim in March! We throughly enjoyed the Christain music playing in the bathroom. We pray that God continues to bless this host just as much as bless all of their customers. Thank you so much for all you have done for us this Easter break. We thank God for you and your family.

The Pool House is fantastic!
Our family had a wonderful getaway long weekend at this property! The house is in an older neighborhood but has such wonderful character! And the owner goes above and beyond, especially for families with children! We were blown away by all the freebies and generous touches Deborah prepared for us to make us feel welcome. Loved the art deco feel of the house, and we all had plenty of room to sleep, swim, and spend quality time together. The pool was great, as was the grill (we grilled some steaks). The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, and we appreciated the ample clean towels for swimming. Linens for the bathroom were plentiful as well. Didn't try the hot tub downstairs but it was ready to go! Highly recommend this property and we will keep it in mind for future visits!

Wonderful property. The host, Deborah puts in great care and provided some treats for us and the little ones as well as lots of toys for the little ones to enjoy. Quiet family neighborhood. Pool was warm enough even though it wqs 60s outside and my wife also enjoyed the indoor jacuzzi. Would certainly stay again.

Summer Vacay
The house is as described, it’s in a great neighborhood and you can walk to many restaurants and beautiful Lindenwood Park. Deborah is a great host and responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. She goes above and beyond with the fun little extras she leaves for the kids. The pool is certainly a plus in the summer!

Perfect stay and gathering spot during graduation
We had a college graduation and this was our base, a favorite of all who stayed there. Worked out very well, thanks to great kitchen, pool, and many amenities, touches, and extras provided by the owner. Communication was great and the house was very clean.

Great stay in St. Louis!
Our 4-day spring break trip to St. Louis was so much better and more comfortable and more FUN because of this home!! There was so much to do inside and out- the heated pool was a hit and we swam in it even in 50+ degree weather!:) We appreciated every well thought out detail that welcomed us, from the electronic keypad to variety of games and generous cookies and bottled water in the fridge, tons of towels and pool floats, the useful amenities provided for each of us! Deborah was such a thoughtful, generous, communicative host and answered my questions by text immediately. She also provided such interactive games and sweet toys and gifts to our gifts- they were floored and just so grateful and played with them all the whole time! We watched some DVDs a couple nights and checkers and board games were a hit! Don’t forget the cabinet in the second bedroom in the main floor- St. Louisopoly was SO much fun to play, and my husband & kids played one game over the span of 3 days.:) The location was great- a little drive from all the main tourist attractions, but not bad at all, and we liked the feeling of being in a safe residential neighborhood. Ted Drewes and Target are minutes away, as well as other restaurants, so we were so glad we chose this house! The home itself is older and has so much charm and art deco style and the kids’ floor upstairs with lots of toys kept our children entertained the whole time too. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting STL!:)

Put up 1 branch of the famiy for a family wedding
The place was easy to find, and convenient to many stores, restaurants, etc. The rental process worked well. We used all of the bedrooms, so had a bit of privacy but also able to visit in the few moments where we had time.

Perfect family vacation house
This is the perfect house for a family vacation!! The pool is a winner for our family! Deborah went out of her way with special goodies for the kids and adults!! She is the best host we have ever dealt with. The house is in a perfect location. It’s a 10 star for us and would love to come back!!
