Whether you are just getting away for the weekend or looking for an extended stay, I am committed to creating comfortable experiences for my guests. I offer contact-free check-in, 24/7 virtual support which limits in-person interaction, and professional cleanings in which ALL the linens are cleaned.

★ 2 Bathrooms: master bathroom & a hallway bathroom

★ PETS: No cats allowed. Dogs must be specifically requested ahead of time and be approved before booking. Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the building, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund.

- Short Term Guests: $75 per pet
- Long Term Guests (guests over 28 nights): $150 per pet cleaning fee
- Membership dog park in the back of the building: $75 for the year 2023

★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
Short-Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay; extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks, a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Long-Term Stays (over 20 nights): $400 cleaning fee and a starter kit of supplies will be provided, and it will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.

Great trip
We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our mini vacation. The unit was exactly as advertised if not better. Not one thing negative. The location was wonderful with lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

My husband & I + another couple stayed at the property for a long weekend. It was the perfect location - close to everything we wanted to do. The highlight was watching Ohio State win their football game on the big screen. Highly recommend!

Great for bachelor party
My fiancé and 3 of his friends stayed here for the weekend for his bachelor party. They really enjoyed the space, and the huge projector screen to watch the UFC fights. There was a lot of activity at night on the streets, but overall they enjoyed their time. They would stay here again!

My best friends are getting married in a few weeks. This was a fun little get away before these next couple weeks get crazy. The view of St. Louis was spectacular and walking distance to a lot of fun spots. We will be returning.

Close enough for baseball
Property was clean, good amenities, as advertised. We were in town for baseball and the distance to the stadium was very walkable. Parking was convenient and not difficult. Pay lot is very close by.

Great stay!
My friends and I had a great time staying here for my birthday. Loved the projector/theater feel in the living room. The Ferris wheel/aquarium were all within a walking distance of a mile or so from the property. At first when trying to check in, the code did not work but a housekeeper let us in and the property manager answered my message asking for help swiftly and an individual came to program the door code for us. The neighborhood was a little seedy but nothing unexpected for the STL. Would definitely consider staying again!

Short Trip
This was a nice loft experience. I never stayed in a loft so it was definitely satisfying. Having the space to be comfortable with my family was everything I needed to really relax. I think it’s weird we couldn’t smoke on the balconies but I guess balconies are just for sitting and talking although there was matches on the patio. We couldn’t burn candles inside and can’t smoke on the balcony so I didn’t understand that. Overall I would recommend!

Great Experience
Had a group of 6 travel from out of town for a nascar event and 2 days of St Louis nightlife. This unit was clean, spacious and had a perfect lounge area with the projector to occupy down time between events. Great communication from property manager made the rental process and check in super easy. I will definitely stay again when coming in town for a ballgame or event versus a hotel room. Within walking distance 10-20min or 5-7 car ride from everything you need. Thanks again for the great experience!

Great St. Louis Rental
This rental was exactly as advertised, great overall space and a great location in St Louis. The living area was perfect with the projector and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, only thing I would suggest is having a couple extra blankets. Would definitely stay here again!
