Nicely updated place, convenient to a lot of St. Louis. Gracious and kind staff - especially the ladies providing a most excellent breakfast. Exceptional exercise room. I noted a couple small issues that appear to be more about the management team getting into a groove with the nearly new hotel building and facilities. My conversations with management were encouraging. I look forward to returning.

A 2 night stay and perfect location. This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it. Newer hotel but the staff makes this hotel exceptional! Everyone! Convenient location, easy parking and restaurants within walking distance.

We had booked 2 king rooms for 1 night. When we arrived, we were given 2 double rooms because the hotel was overbooked. Very disappointing. Room was clean. Overall, stay was fine.

I traveled to St Louis to attend the Usher concert and only stayed for one night. The hotel was nice and clean, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were really nice. The hotel was only about 7 minutes from the concert venue and also a few minutes from Quiktrip and other restaurants. I’d definitely stay again!!

I am a dental provider at a non-profit clinic. Not much throws me in dealing with different people and difficult situations. I was surprised at the night front desk staff though. It's as if I stepped into their bad day. Specially concerning my Expedia reservations - they acted as if they weren't valid. I had to convince them I had three rooms reserved. They were not going to accept the reservation and said you need to call Expedia. Whatever you do - do not book this hotel through Expedia. Terrible customer service experience.

One of my best hotel experiences recently. Clean and quiet and rooms had everything you need. No frills but just what you need. Large walk-in shower was nice. Continental breakfast was actually way better than any other continental breakfast I’ve had anywhere. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in STL!

Perfect for a concert at Enterprise or a Blues game . Soccer stadium is across the street. There is a $20 a night parking fee but I was aware of that at booking so wasn’t a surprise

I loved this property, however I gave it 3 stars because, how do you offer every customer parking for a fee and not enough parking spaces. The desk lady last night told me it sucks that we paid for parking in their lot to not have a spot, and we had to park on the street, one of main reasons we booked this hotel was for convenient parking. Next time we come into town I'll find another hotel to stay at that guarantee us a spot especially if we paid for it, and a customer service rep who at least empathizes with us
