Ulitmate kaupunkikokemus. Alun perin vuonna 1905 rakennettu Ford Model- T -jälleenmyyjä, tämä on pala St. Louis historia. Nykyään se on massiivinen 3 makuuhuoneen / 2 kylpyhuoneen parvi, jossa on 20 jalkaa korkeat katot ja jotka sopivat erinomaisesti viikonloppumatkoihin, urheilu- tai konserttitapahtumiin, vieraileville ystäville SLU: ssa tai näyttelijöille kaupungissa Foxille. Saatavana myös valokuvien tekemiseen (sitoutuminen, tuotemerkki, portfolio jne.).

Kuten HGTV: llä nähdään, tila on henkeäsalpaava. Varustin sen sekä suunnittelijakalusteilla että paikallisten taiteilijoiden kappaleilla.

Päätasolta löydät olohuoneen, takan ja täysin varustetun keittiön, jossa on graniitti aamiaisbaarilla, kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja runsaasti lautasia, keittiövälineitä ja mausteita, joita haluat käyttää .

Yläkerrassa on parvihuone, josta on upea näkymä yöllä, jossa voit nukkua tähtien alla.

Alemmasta alapuolelta löydät kaksi makuuhuonetta queen-vuoteilla, jättiläinen kaivo-sohva, joka nukkuu kaksi, kohti 120-tuumaista projisointinäyttöä, jossa on Amazonin palotikku ja täydellinen kirjasto, jaettu kylpyhuone, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu.

Amazing stay
We came in for 2 nights of shows at Chafeitz and this place was the perfect location. We could walk to and from the shows with ease. Great location to restaurants in the area. The place was like an art gallery with cool features throughout. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental. The host was very friendly and excellent with communication for check in and recommendations for good places to eat. Would 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay while exploring St. Louis
My family stayed here for three nights. The property is just as described, and the host was wonderful. The location was a quick drive to most things you would want to do in the city. Our primary reason for being there was to go to Cardinals baseball games. The stadium was less than 10 minutes away. The area surrounding the property is eclectic. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance. However, grocery stores and other amenities are a car ride away. We felt very safe in the property. We were in St. Louis during a heat wave. The loft bedroom was very warm during the day, but cooled down enough at night to be usable. Also, the loft bedroom is a true loft which means the people using that room do not have complete privacy. This may or may not matter to potential guests. Bottom line - we will stay here again next time we are in St. Louis. I highly recommend.

Unique, Comfortable and Close
We rented this property for our company to stay in during the USITT Conference and Expo that took place downtown at the Americas Center in March. It was a straight, 10-minute shot down Washington to the house from the Convention Center which made the daily commute a breeze. The house was impeccably well-appointed and boasted great restaurants and shopping nearby. The 'Best Restaurant in St Louis' was less than 2-blocks away from the house, Pappy's, and it did not disappoint! Vito's was amazing Italian, and Field Foods was great for groceries. It was easy to interact with Ryan and his home really gave us a sense of the kind of individual he is - well-read, educated, cultured and very cool! I would definitely rebook this location for my next St Louis adventure.

Love the Theater Room
Stayed with our 3 kids and the rental lived up to expectations. When we were at the rental we spent most out time lounging with the kids watching movies on the projector screen. Hard to beat parking right outside the front door. Place is full of great little details, has great character, and you can tell the owner has put their heart into it.

Fun and unique location
Great location for a small group of friends to relax and have a memorable experience. Really loved the kitchen, fireplace, media room, shower/jacuzzi was very luxurious, and all the beds were very comfy. The only "problem" we had was communicating via the VRBO app. It would not relay or messages back and forth in a timely manner. Would recommend this place.

Incredible Place!
This place was incredible! Everything about it was fantastic. Right away, from check in until check out, I never had an issue. Every question I had was answered by the owner almost immediately. The location was perfect for our activities at the convention center. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Well worth the price!

Best loft in the city!
This loft was amazing! Hands down stunning and unique and equally comfortable & homey! We had 4-15 year old girls and 2 adults and had an amazing stay! Movie night with the projector & popcorn machine, super fun Instagram photo ops, plus uber convenient to walk to several great restaurants and a very short drive to anything else in the city! We LOVED this place!
