Fair for the price

Staff was great, room appeared clean but there was a foul odor in the room. I did happen to rent a different room a different day and had no problems. I would recommend, just take a look at room before purchasing

They canceled my room and charged me full price for room after a delayed flight. I called the hotel and told them multiple times that I was delayed and still needed the room. They canceled my room after I was stuck in an airport for 19 hours with my daughter.

No daily housekeeping would have been ok for 2, maybe 3 days. But we were there 5 nights and no trash baskets emptied was annoying. And my husband dropped a cookie… I picked up the big pieces but we were stuck with a crummy carpet for 4 days. There was no TV station list in the room. We called about one and had to go to the check in desk to get it.

Good stay

I was not able to watch tv, lol. Power button on remote did nothing and the white tv button turned the tv on, with a white screen but no picture. I could not change channel or increase/decrease volume. We arrived late, very tired and just crashed. The front desk woman did say if we needed anything to let her know. Too tired to pursue it, rest was more important.

Unimpressive

Morning attendant was kind and helpful. Kitchen/breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. Room hadn’t been vacuumed. Evening staff shamed us for using a third party to book the room. And gave us no assurance that the full room charge that had been charged to my card would be reversed when they received payment from hotels.com. Just said we had to work it out with the third party. Glad I’m not a worrier. Just went to sleep the best we could — mattresses were terrible, and addressed it in the morning.
