I stayed in room 1015 and the bathroom shower is ripped from inside. There is a lot of black hair in the wall as well. The phone wasnt working and minibar fridge was locked. The hotel is very udated like last time they had any updates 30 years ago or even longer. I understand its old but its not plesant and feels dirty. The window to the tight had a gap shouft and cold was coming in from inside. I think its missing a window seal. No parking and its hard to find a parking on the street. Not happy with my stay

We were really happy with our stay. We had 2 events at the excel this weekend it made it so easy. Just saving the hassle was worth it. The hotel itself was very pretty, staff was great and valet service was top notch. We got room service twice and it was also very good.
