This brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bath 8th floor condo at Avalon (new in October of 2021) is a little piece of heaven on Clearwater Beach!
There is a heated rooftop pool, pool bar (beer and wine), and sundeck on the 5th floor which has a beautiful view of Clearwater beach. Pool bar currently opened from 4-9pm Monday through Thursday, and on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday it is opened from 1-9pm. The layout of the bedrooms is a split plan for privacy on your vacation adventure!
Please note: The Avalon front desk will collect a daily resort fee of $35+tax per night, there is also a $35+tax per night parking fee. These fees are charged by Avalon and are not included with your booking. The resort fee includes use of beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards, and these can be obtained at Avalon's front desk.
The master bedroom is a large and lovely room with a King-Sized Bed, a TV, and has a small safe in the closet. The Master bath has a walk-in shower. The quest bedroom has a queen size bed, with a TV. The Guest bath has a shower/tub combination. The living room has a large-screened TV, and the kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats 3, and there is a balcony that overlooks Mandalay Street. The living room sofa has a pull-out sofa bed. There is a detached balcony with magnificent views of Clearwater beach. Enjoy an evening beverage while watching a beautiful sunset!
There is a gym on the 3rd floor that opens at 9AM daily. There are vending machines on the 5th floor. Step out of the Avalon and you are directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the World! Clearwater Beach, which is known for its fine white sand and lovely waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Book this unit for a wonderful beach vacation!
If you would like to reserve a pack-n-play (with linens), it can be obtained at Avalon's front desk for $20 daily, plus tax.
The covered garage parking has ONE designated spot for a car. If you have additional vehicles, you will need to contact Avalon Guest Services in advance to check for availability and pricing. We can only provide the one designated parking spot per booking, and the parking fee is paid separately from your booking, directly to Avalon. The parking fee is $35+tax daily, and it is to be paid directly to Avalon.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
