Unparalleled beach and gulf views from your private 30-foot balcony. Updated granite chef's kitchen with stainless appliances. Tiled throughout with updated tile and granite baths. The Master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath, and access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. Open spacious dining and living area open to the beachfront balcony. Washer and dryer in unit. 7-night rental minimum, Saturday arrival/departure required. Call for exceptions.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Always a good time
We have stayed at this condo several times. It is in a perfect location. The beach views are stunning. The condo is always in tip top shape. Since our last visit some appliances have been updated, new furtniture and finishes have been touched up. We can always count on this being a comfortable and reliable spot to stay. There are always nice beach chairs and some other beach gear as well as towels. The owners also put out some simple toiletries to get you started. Love this condo - its one of our favorites.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach!
The condo is beautiful and well kept up. The location is great, in that it is walking distance to John's Pass and right on the beach. We have stayed in a few other condos, in this same building, with a gulf view, but this one was by far the nicest one we have stayed. The condo has beach chairs, kids toys, and even beach towels! We love staying on this corner of the building because it has the best view, in my opinion, as you don't see a building right next door when you look out the side of the balcony. Owner is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We will be back for sure!!

PARADISE
From the moment we arrived we could not ask for a better experience. Check in was so easy, Brandon made it a breeze. The condo was so clean and well appointed, it had everything. The condo was so spacious and the decor was great. THE VIEW, Oh My what a view. Sitting on the balcony you felt like you were On the beach! We spent lots of time on that balcony when we were not actually down by the water. The Beach, what can I say...it was so beautiful. The pool was nice, there were several days that we had it to ourselves for a while. The master bedroom also had great views as it the an end unit so you have unobstructed views of the beach for great sunsets. The master closet and bath was so nice, loved having a walk in closet for all my things. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay. The provisional beach chairs, cooler, bag, & umbrellas were a great addition. Parking was just as you came off the elevator so it was so convenient. Across the street at Johns Pass was great, so many shops and the boardwalk had many restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend and we will be back! Thanks Brandon we really enjoyed our much needed Vacation at your condo.

Another great stay!
We love this property and this condo. It’s clean, comfortable, stocked well, walking distance to everything Johns Pass and you can’t beat those sunsets!!! We can’t wait to return next year!

Excellent place all around!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Such a great location as far as close proximity to plenty of shops, restaurants and more! We only took the car out 3 times the whole week. Condo was very clean and even nicer in person. Porch is huge and perfect for watching sunsets or having your coffee in the morning. Providing all the beach items was a plus too and made things even more convenient. Would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Just fabulous
Everything was wonderful, with the exception of the key in the lockbox. They really need a new system. With that being said, the place was in a perfect spot-directly across from John’s Pass. The patio doors off the bedroom and the living room were directly overlooking the ocean. All the necessary dishes, utensils etc in the kitchen. A few spices, but enough of what was needed. 4 rolls of toilet paper, a full roll of paper towels, washing machine pods, dish soap and plenty of towels. Lots of beach chairs (I think a total of 6), a beach umbrella, a cooler, a larger beach cooler, lots of beach towels and a small amount of toys. Plenty of hangers, which is always a plus cuz there never seems to be enough. There was not an ice maker on the fridge, but they had a container filled with ice cubes, and if you just continued to make ice, there were no problems. Owners were easy to get ahold of as needed and quick communication. Place was very clean and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing you beautiful place with us.

What more do yo(u need?
It doesn't get any better than what we found when we opened the door to the condo. A fully equipped kitchen greeted us, followed by the living/dining room and then the deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Exploring the bedrooms and baths we found that the master bedroom opened onto the deck as well. The unit was perfect for our needs. Brandon responded quickly, within five to ten minutes, to my questions, including dining recommendations for a special birthday. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. The weather was cooler than expected so we visited John's Pass Village, (directly across the street) for something warmer to wear in the evenings and also for dinners. Two of our favorites were The Pirates Pub & Grill and the Boardwalk Grill. We plan to return as often as possible, Thank you, Brandon.

Beautiful beach-front condo
We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our visit to Madeira Beach and John’s Pass! This condo is perfectly located across the street from lots of restaurants, shops, bars and ice cream. We did not need a vehicle as everything was in walking distance. There is a trolley if you want to explore further that can take you all the way to Clearwater Beach! Our host, Brandon was responsive and friendly. We had an issue with the refrigerator and it was taken care of promptly. Definitely recommend this unit for its beautiful view of the beach and sunset and great location! Thank you!

Nice Thanksgiving Beachfront Stay
Right from the get go the communication with the owner was exceptional. Owner handled an unexpected issue right from the beginning which could have impacted our vacation. The property was clean and up to date.THE VIEW WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! We would have given the check in process 5 stars but having keys to open the stairwell, open the condo door, open pool access and beach access was a nuisance. The property should invest in keyless entry door pads. Aside from that the week was great!

Beautiful condo right on the beach!
This condo is exactly as shown in the photos. I like to choose properties that are as close to the actual beach as possible, this one did not disappoint! This is a first floor condo, with parking underneath. The parking space for this property is directly in front of the elevator and stairs. The condo door is just to the right of elevator and stairs. Also should mention the parking space is completely covered, meaning your car isnt scalding hot from the Florida sun when you get in. The condo itself is beautiful. ..clean and has everything you need. And the view of the beach is fabulous! Beach chairs and umbrella are very nice. The building and property are very clean and well kept. Walking distance to John's Pass, just across the street. Lots of shops, restaurants and ice cream shops. The owners of this property are very attentive and answered any questions we had immediately. We had a wonderful vacation!

Million Dollar View
The hosts have taken care of everything that you need, so you can enjoy your vacation. And you have to see the theater view in the master bedroom. The window blinds open automatically, to reveal the million dollar view. You can lie in bed forever. I have stayed in this area for decades and this was our best vacation to date!! Loved everything about it. Thank you.

Wonderful Vacation!
Everything about this unit was great! The beach towels and beach chairs were of high quality and greatly appreciated. The large balcony and view were exceptional! We watched the sunset every night and the beautiful view of the full moon over the ocean was spectacular. The convenience of being across from John's Pass was definitely an advantage especially since there is a hefty parking fee there. We will definitely be returning. It was a memorable vacation! Thank you!

We have stayed at this condo a few times over the years. It is always a wonderful experience. The Hosts are very responsive to any questions or needs. They have thought of touches in the condo that add convenience and class. Fantastic location, well kept and worth every penny for a great vacation getaway.

The condo unit was exactly how described and very modern. The walk to the beach less than a football field. The location to numerous restaurants and shopping we rarely had to drive anywhere. The owner of the unit was very informative and offered suggestions on restaurants and events close by. Our family would welcome the idea of staying in the exact unit in the future.

Great Condo / Great Location
This condo was fantastic. Facing the water, sunset to the right of the condo viewable from the Adirondack Bar chairs on the deck with your favorite beverage of choice. Walkable to John's Pass, Bamboo Bar, shopping and everything that comes with John's Pass. Have stayed in Madeira numerous times, will definitely be back to this unit. Owners are A+, communications was on point and very clear.

Every aspect was perfect!
This place was amazing! The condo itself has everything you need. There was nothing we looked for that wasn’t there. The views from the balcony were serene and beautiful…a perfect place for coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. And it’s location directly across the street from John’s Pass could not be beat. We ate over there multiple nights, enjoyed a dolphin cruise, got ice cream and enjoyed some nightlife a couple of nights…all without moving our car. And let me finish with the beach…it was perfection no matter the time of day! And the condo provided everything you’d need (towels, chairs, umbrella) for a great day at the beach. We did not want our week to end! Hope to be back!!!
