Excellent location
Nice (and unexpected) updates done on the condo! Unit is very spacious and just steps to the sand. It had everything you could possibly need for the beach. Really nice to not have to buy all that stuff. Cannot beat the location! Loved being walkable to John’s Pass. We were happy to see so many businesses reopened and glad to support them while there. We would definitely stay here again if it was available. Thanks!

Girls Trip
Very close to the beach (plus). Inside of condo (plus) older building with creepy hallways and stairways (negative) too many different codes to gates and doors (negative). 24 hours before a tropical storm all lawn chairs removed from pool area- we were told that we could sit on the ground. No communication from property management on what to expect during said tropical storm.(negative) This certainly isn’t the condo owner’s fault. All in all…the owners of the property plus….property management ( negative).

Great location, covered parking spot, quick communication with owner, condo stocked with everything you need including all beach necessities. The pool/ beach view was beautiful and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed the lack of crowds and spent lots of time on the beach relaxing.

Me and my girls get away
It was a great experience and we will be back. The beds could have been a little bit more comfy. A little stiff for my taste but it worked. We called for some extra blankets. They brought them over our second day. Can’t wait to come back!!

A long weekend with friends.
The Condo is great! The communication with the host was above and beyond. The location is on the gulf, white sand beaches. Plenty of amenities in the condo. Beautiful balcony, overlooking the beach and sunset. John's pass is across the street. Easy access in and out of the Condo, as it is on the 1st floor. Friendly and safe area. The extra half bath is a bonus, as well as the two very comfortable queen-size beds.

Location was perfect. The views from the condo are just gorgeous. John’s Pass is literally across the road and easy to get to. We walked to many restaurants while we were there. The condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need while on vacation. As some previous reviews stated the couch is really soft and you really sink into it when you sit, but that did not affect our stay. Overall loved our stay!

Sensational LR beach view - excellent location!
Unique 80s 1st FL condo situated at the end of the bldg a few steps from elevator, stairs and next to a rental agency office above the parking area (convos carried straight into the condo). If you're a light sleeper, bring an eye mask and ear plugs to block out next door's exterior lighting, the voices and the upstairs unit's toilet flushing and footsteps. Partially updated (furniture & kitchen) with a toilet and sink located inside the bedroom's walk-in closet. Sensational Living Room beach view with the pool immediately in front (loud kid alert). Nice rental agency with detailed emails.

Need updates. Fan in restroom was not working. Need a smart tv or a roku to be able to watch our own apps if we were stuck inside due to bad weather like we were. Floors need mopped. Botton of our socks and feet got really dirty and the pull out mattress not firm at all even when you sat in it you sank

Location. Location. Location.
Steps from the beach and tons of shopping/bars/restaurants! The parking spot is covered and the condo is even right by the crosswalk to go shopping! Even if you want to go to Jimmy B’s bar (live music every night and on the beach as well!), it’s only an $11 Uber ride! We had a blast! The only negatives?…. We were never able to get hooked up to the WiFi, there were no streaming services offered on the TVs, the elevator is slow and the alternative/stairs are stinky. Other than that, we highly recommend! The condo is great and the hosts are very accommodating!

The place was great and so nice to sit on the balcony. The weather could have been warmer but we found enough to do on the cool days. The communication was great and we had the perfect parking spot. Loved just walking across the street for dinner every night.

Perfect Location, Beautiful View
We spent 5 days at this condo on Madeira beach and enjoyed every minute of it. The Condo exactly matched the pictures and was well cared for. The view from the living room was magnificent - we watched the sunset every night. The beach is well maintained and the beach chairs provided by the owners were an added blessing. We can't wait to return.
