Wristbands must be worn while on the property, especially the pool area. The pool deck will be closed from midnight-6:00 AM June 29, 2024, through July 6, 2024. Personnel will be enforcing wristbands, condo rules, and pool and parking rules. This will include security guards to control the environment. There will be no one allowed on property that is not renting at The Beach Cottage. The only parking passes that will be valid during this week will be the parking passes especially designated for the 4th of July Holiday

Great Location!
Great location right on the beach! The 1st thing hits you as you walk into the balcony is the bird smell from the next door bird sanctuary but you get used it (or it goes away) quickly. Not having soaps/shampoos in the bathrooms was a new learning experience for me. Overall great experience.

Great access to beach. Nice clean pool and Hot tub.
Had a great time. Great location. Easy access to beach. Water station to rinse off prior to returning which was great for not getting sandy floors in condo. Property is next to a Bird Sanctuary. Enjoyed seeing the birds. As others have stated, at times there is a smell. Never smelled while inside the condo.

Missed the Point
I asked several times if the balcony faced the beach and was told yes. The balcony faced the bird sanctuary and it was noisy and smelly. You couls see the beach if you stood at the edge of the balcony and looked over the mangroves. I needed the balcony because my mother is wheelchair bound and we were going to have her visit us each day an look at the beach. She was unable to do this so we d]were unable to host her. We wasted a lot of money. The apartment itself was great. You folks lied though. First and last time I use this company.

Perfect beach!
We read most of the reviews prior to booking and found no issues with the property that were unsettling to us. The property was well equipped perfect location the Beach was fantastic. Pool, hot tub, gas grills at poolside made dinners very enjoyable. This was a relaxed and enjoyable stay! There were nine guests in total. Everyone was comfortable and had ample room to enjoy themselves. Would stay again.

Patio furniture is old and uncomfortable. Balcony overlooks the bird sanctuary, which is cool but every once in a while has odors. We couldn’t get the dishwasher to finish a cycle.

Pros: By the beach Has a lift with a cart for groceries Had a kitchen , WiFi and two TV’s Cool looking pelican bird outside Hosts were very quick to handle my problems There is a trash shoot on the same floor right in front of the lobby Before entering , enter * then the pin that they email you Condo was right next to the ramp that led to stores and it was also down the street from a 7-11 Cons: AC was locked so we felt cold and hot at times Sheets didn’t feel clean (found beach sand on them) maybe the laundromat machine needs to be serviced or something There was a pelican/bird zoo next door so only at night it would smell so we didn’t open our balcony much . Mornings were good for some reason and we would hear those birds at night while trying to sleep. No trash bin so bring your own trash bags The room on the left of the door only had one bulb working and it was very dark and claustrophobic so we didn’t feel comfortable to utilize that room. Master bedrooms door kept plopping open unless locked also Condo was a 3.5/5 overall , it needed a few things to be touched up to give it a better experience. Chair in living room was comfy but the leg thing was broken so my diabetic dad couldn’t use it.

Great beachfront property!
This location was perfect for those looking to be right on the beach! Property manager was super helpful with any questions we had. It’s a little far from the more lively night life locations but Ubers were quick to arrive. This would be great for groups or family’s looking to soak up some sun with some beach days!

Great condo
Property very neat and clean. Kitchen had everything you could need...and very clean. Bathrooms very clean. In great location on the beach. The pool area was spacious with many chairs. Very pleased with stay. Easy to reach primary contact and very responsive. Only needed help getting in, no issues.

Wrong instructions for access. No contact with owners for an hour.
Started vaca unable to access unit. Totally wrong instructions provided to us. Then no answer from both phone numbers for over an hour. Very frustrating to start holiday like that. Overall nice place. The 3rd bedroom with bunk beds is not made for adults. Washer/dryer in that area. More like a converted utility room. Won’t stay there again.

Girls Trip
Relaxation at its best! Plenty of room for 6 adults. The bird sanctuary was awesome! Close to beach, great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay again!

Indian Shores Secret Hideaway
We loved our getaway. So many friends were in Clearwater or St Pete’s and this was a little gem hidden away. The set up of the property was perfect!! Huge pool area where mostly seniors hang out- hot tub and grills that all over look the private white sand beach! It’s definitely not a 5 star. The area is not ‘touristy’ which made it so special for us!!! We had 4 teenagers with us! They could play volleyball on the beach, swim/surf in the gulf, hang in the pool or hot tub and walk across the street for ice cream! The condos are so difficult to get in and out so you know you are safe! The restaurants nearly were so good and all the locals hung out. We will come again!!

The unit was lovely, but the third bedroom was somewhat uncomfortable for 2 of us. It shares the laundry and has little ventilation. The AC/heat was spotty, so we were lucky we were not there in the summer, but it was pretty chilly inside! We enjoyed the bird sanctuary next door.

Great Christmas Spot
Overall we had a very pleasant experience. We did have some issues with the keyless entry on the door. It was nice to have multiple keys to access the beach and pool. Traveling with children it was nice to have extra toys and beach things in the unit. The pool does close at dusk which came too early for us. Overall everything was very pleasant and we would stay again. A few updates here and there could be done but everything is as pictured.

The property was great and property manger was welcoming and provided good recommendations on for restaurants, etc. The beach was lovely as well and the property had beach chairs, toys and boogie boards. Would definitely go back!

Great location and beach access! Owner was very friendly and helpful. Condo was accurate on description on site. We have a great time and would stay again.The only thing I dislike is the keyless entry it was a headache lol overall great stay and perfect getaway.

Amazing family find
Condo is amazing! Comfortable, very well laid out, and outfitted with everything we needed! We had plenty of room and everything was in perfect shape. We loved the pool and sitting areas, the walk to the beach is short, and the beach area is not crowded. Our only issues were with the checkin - We couldn't get ahold of the person that we were directed to in the email we received. However, we were able to get the owner, and he took perfect care of us. The deck overlooks the bird sanctuary, and you can only see a corner of the ocean from the corner of the deck (like in the picture). However, the bird sanctuary is cool and we liked it. We stayed with my husband and myself - my 21 year old son and a friend and my 18 year old daughter and a friend. The 6 of us had all the room we needed and a great family area to gather. This building is quiet and a great family spot.

Lovely Condo but Neighboring Bird Sanctuary an Issue
The property itself was lovely. The condo is right next door to a bird sanctuary which was very smelly. We were not able to use the outdoor patio/balcony due to the smell. The pool was fabulous and so was the beach front as long as you went to the far end away from the birds.

Beautiful Condo
We booked this condo for a Mom’s getaway. There was 4 of us and plenty of sleeping options in this roomy 3 bedroom condo. The unit was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The only issue we had was that the unit appeared to be oceanfront (from the pictures) and it was not, which was dissapointing. And the balcony faced out toward the bird sanctuary so it was load and smelly. We didn’t spend much time on the balcony. That being said, it was a beautiful unit, and had easy access to the beautiful beach!!

Little Piece of Paradise
We had a wonderful stay! Very tidy, roomy and comfortable - exactly as pictured. Nice view of the gulf from the patio! Beautiful beach - so convenient. Adorable town and lovely place to call home for a few days.
