Easy communication with owners. Easy access to property. Parking at condo premises. Surrounding area felt safe. The condo itself was clean and needed amenities available to make our stay comfortable. Easy access to pool. The other vacationers followed pool area rulesexcept for one night, they were there until after 10, but not extremely loud.

The apartment was as pictured with the plus of overlooking the pool. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, crockery, towels and linen, a proper home away from home. The closet was well stocked with equipment for a beach visit and quick replies from owners for any questions we had. Anything we required was within 15 minutes. A pure 2 week pleasure.

Traumhafte Wohnung in einer traumhaften Wohnanlage
Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis zum Ende ein einziger Traum. Die Anlage ist super gelegen und die Wohnung mit liebe eingerichtet. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kanal in welchem die Delphine Morgens und Abends gerne schwimmen gehen. Von der Wohnung blickt man direkt auf den Pool und trotzdem war es in der Wohnung so leise und man hat keinen Lärm mitbekommen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit zu grillen damit man nicht immer teuer essen gehen muss. Die Grills hätten etwas besser gepflegt sein können aber sie haben ihren Dienst erfüllt. Wer an den Strand möchte muss 2 gemütliche Minuten laufen bis er an einen wunderschönen Zuckersand Strand kommt. Ich kann mich an Georg und Steve nur bedanken die sich gut um uns gekümmert haben und immer für uns da waren wenn wir Fragen hatten. Hier kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hin!

Unsere Ferien waren traumhaft schön. Die Wohnung war sauber, toll gelegen und so liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool wurde viel genutzt. Wenn wir nochmal hierher kommen, würden wir die gleiche Wohnung nochmal buchen. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter!!!

A Great Beach Vacation
Our unit was very comfortable with good proximity to the pool. It's nicely decorated and well equipped with towels and kitchenware. We did have to supply paper items and soaps for this unit. This is the second year we stayed in Barefoot Beach and we love the area as it’s not congested and naturally beautiful with lots to do in walking distance. The beach items, chairs and umbrella, need to be replaced as the umbrella was broken and chairs are not easy to carry. This has nothing to do with the unit but the parking area left us disappointed as someone dented our rental and did not leave a note to identify themselves. Management of the facility should warn renters about being responsible for damages to others property including cars in the lot. We may be liable for damages. Afterwards we parked a distance away. We will definitely return as it is a great beach vacation area!

Great location
Excellent communication with Georgia and Steve before, during and after our stay at their condo. The location of the condo couldn’t have been better! The queen bed is very comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided. Kitchen area was clean and efficient. The pool area is large and overlooks the inter-coastal waterway. The beach is directly across the street for beautiful sunsets. Salt Rock Restaurant next door was on point and min golf was a “stones throw away” from the condo complex. We also tried the 2 breakfast locations they suggested and both didn’t disappoint. Thank you and we will be back!

Location was great! Restaurants, grocery, and activities within a few minute drive! Beach access was awesome and just a walk across the street! Rent beach cabana’s on the beach, Take a wagon and you’re all set! Condo was well laid out with views of the river and amazing pool area. It was perfect for family of 6 with all amenities needed. They had fully stocked kitchen for cooking, boogie boards, cooler, fishing rods, volleyball, and some sand toys! We will return for sure!

My boyfriend and I stayed for the week here and it was perfect. Right across the road from the beach, had so many amazing restaurants/ a really good coffee shop walking distance away. It was super nice, clean, and had all the necessities you might need for your stay. The property manager was very friendly and helpful, and had quick response time when we had questions. It was perfect and I for sure recommend and will be staying here again in the future!

Wonderful accomodations!
We had such a great time at the Barefoot Beach condo! The condo fit our family of four perfectly! It was clean and had everything we needed, including: towels, chairs for the beach, an umbrella, a cooler, pool noodles, and a boogie board. The kitchen had dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The pool was right outside our building as was clean and warm. Lots of lounging chairs were available. It was fun to watch the dolphins from dock right outside the pool area. The beach was just across the street. It was not crowded and had nice sand and fun shells! The owners, Georgia and Steve, were quick to reply to messages and texted us the first day to make sure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to our friends and family! Thank you again!

Escape from Michigan for a week
We stayed at the property the first week of March 2023. The property is accurately described in the listing. The directions/information provided by the owners was very helpful. We had trouble unlocking the door but a qiuck phone call, cell number in the directions, and the lady in charge of housekeeping had it fixed in minutes. The condo over looks the pool with a view of the intercostal. The beach is a short walk across Gulf Blvd. The beach is beautiful and you can walk miles in both directions. There are chairs, a cooler and an umbrella in the condo. The pool was very nice, clean and warm with bathrooms next to it, handy. The kitchen is small but well equipped and has seemingly new appliances. We had an issue with the shower water temperature but one call to the owner and a plumber was there to replace the hot water heater. The shower stall is probably ready for an update but it is fully functional. Although the condo floors looked clean I think they are "swept" clean but not "washed" clean. Socks/feet would show the dirt, not a big deal though. The week we were, the complex was very quiet. A few days after we arrived, the red tide became an issue. This would be something to consider if you have any respiratory issues. There are 3 restaurants I would recommend, DJ's Clam shack, Marios Italian in Madiera Beach and Waltzs at St Johns Pass. There is a CVS and a Winn Dixie conveniently located. All in all a very good week. I would stay there again.

Great low key stay
We had a great experience at the Barefoot Beach Resort! The condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Entry and checkin were a breeze. We didn't have the best beach weather, but on warm days it was extremely convenient to grab the couple of camping chairs in the condo and walk across the street to the beach access. Pool was also nice, though better get there early for a good chair! Overall we enjoyed the central and quieter location with easy drives to St. Pete and Clearwater if we were in the mood for more action. We would definitely return!
