WayFarer is a Two (2) bedroom 1 bath totally redone rental. It has its own private porch, patio with grill, private entry, free parking on site, full kitchen, beautiful updated bathroom! *Home is a multi family property with laundry room on-site - each rental has own entry and everything private to you in your rental (Parking lot and laundry room is shared). Bedrooms are a king (with in-room Smart TV) and the second bedroom is a Queen. TV has cable & Netflix & WiFi!
PET POLICY: what type of pet do you have? Must be approved in advance of booking. Pets must be non-aggressive toward other animals, adults or children. After booking you will need to email me a health note from your vet dated within 30 days of stay and it would need to include that pet is on a flea treatment/heartworm program prescribed by the Veterinarian. I will need a copy a week prior to your arrival. (You are responsible for picking up after your animal and there is a cleaning fee of $45 required for each pet) 2 Max. The home itself is a multi-family home with other rentals but each has its own private entrance and everything in the rental is private to that rental.

Work From Home with Fantastic Wifi, Off-street parking and one EV charging station. Great for visiting St Pete! , traveling for work, or visiting family. Transportation is very accessible. The world renowned Dali Museum displaying some of Salvador Dali’s most impressive art is nearby. You can stroll downtown to the Saturday morning market (among the top 20 markets in the country) only steps from the waterfront and enjoy live music, fresh produce ,great food and crafts. Catch a Tampa Bay Rays game at Tropicana Field or take in a show or concert at the Mahaffey Theater. A Foodie's dream is at the Locale Market where you can find world class cuisine to suit anyone’s palate. Prepared food to eat in or cook it your favorite way. Very close by is the serene Sunken Gardens with luscious tropical gardens and cascading waterfalls.

ISCA swim meet stay
We were in town for a swim meet at the north shore aquatic complex and this house was the perfect location. We could get to warm up at 7am in 10 mins tops and walk down and back when schedule permitted. It’s also close to amazing restaurants and the neighborhood was perfect for our dog! The house is super close to Crescent Lake, which is lovely - a path, pickleball and a dog park are all there. Will definitely return if we find ourselves back in St Pete. And to top that all off, Lisa is a GREAT host!

This is a very comfortable two-bedroom home that is perfect for a St. Petes vacation. The local neighbourhood is very nice, with a park and lake nearby, as well as local restaurants. We found St. Petersburg was a very pleasant city to visit, with easier driving and less congestion than other areas nearby. Slight disadvantage for the property is that the shower is small; water flow was good though.

Excellent Property and excellent management!
Really cool spot in the city, which was very close to all of the things we wanted to do. We loved the extra details like snacks for when we hadn't had a chance to hit Publix yet. Great porch for unwinding at the end of the day. Also, responses from the property manager were very speedy, cordial, and helpful. 10/10

In town for concert
Overall had a good experience. Good location and everything was nice and clean. If I had to nitpick, the only complaints are the hot water and the shower size. You set it to warm and it’ll be warm for a while then scalding hot then back to warm. Or put it on hot and it will be hot then go warm then hot then cold then scalding hot then hot than warm. And the shower is not for tall or oversized adults! Those used to European showers will be just fine.

Best location
Home was cozy and clean with lots of extras. Beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles and laundry accommodations made trip even better. The location of this house is perfect if you want to visit the beach at St Pete, Treasury Island and Clearwater. We rode the bicycles to the Pier, crescent lake, Straub park and all along the downtown waterfront. You are close to Gulfport, Tampa and many other attractions. We had a great time. The home is on a main street but we still enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the front porch. Noise was not an issue. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Living room was perfect for 2 people but a little tight for 4 but we moved some furniture around and it was much better. Beds were comfy. We stayed for 2 weeks, had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Good Location
We like the property and were happy with the location. It wasn’t far from our daughter’s home. Crescent Lake Park is walking distance away. Our dogs loved walking to and around the lake each day. The enclosed dog areas were great too.

Great Location
We are in town for a swim meet at North Shore Aquatic Complex. The location was less then a 10 minute drive to the pool but also convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The space was perfect for me and my two swimmers. Our stay was quiet even thought our unit faced the main road. I would definitely rent a again.

Great place to stay
Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Clean, comfortable and centrally located to everything we wanted to do on vacation. Bonus points for the close proximity to the dog park.

Nice Place to stay!
This was a quick trip to see Eckerd College for a graduating senior that has early admission if she wants it. The location was convenient and the stay was fine. Only 2 things that we were not expecting: it is on a main road, so the traffic noise can be disturbing at night and I think the ad indicated the kitchen had a blender, but it did not. Otherwise, no issues, no problems.
