Jos etsit tilavaa ja yksityistä kotia, joka vie sinut suoraan Madeiran valkoisille, hiekkarannoille, tämä on paikka. Ainutlaatuisella pohjaratkaisullaan tämä talo antaa kaikille ryhmätilalle ja mukavuuksille, jotka tekevät siitä yhden loma-asunnon.

Talo on jaettu kolmeen yksityiseen oleskelutilaan, joista jokaisella on oma keittiö, kylpyhuone ja olohuone. Yläkerrassa on oma parveke parvekkeella ja alakerrassa suuri rantahotelli. Se on täydellinen paikka monille perheille, jotka matkustavat yhdessä.

Kaksi alakerran makuuhuonetta joissa kaikissa on queen-size-vuode, ja niissä on yksi kylpyhuone, jossa on ylimitoitettu kylpyamme. Yläkerrassa, kohti rantaa, Master-sviitissä on valtava neljän postin king-size-vuode, jossa on täysin remontoitu ja tilava oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suuri suihkukaappi. Talon toisella puolella neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on toinen hyvin oma makuuhuone, jossa on kaunis king-size-vuode ja jossa on kylpyhuone (ammeella) ja viides makuuhuone. Viides makuuhuone on varustettu kahdella uudella Queen-vuoteella ja se on asetettu "studio" -asennukseen, jossa on olohuone ja keittiö. Yläkerrassa on ylimääräinen kylpyhuone suihkulla. Ylimääräistä nukkumiskapasiteettia varten on saatavilla kolme queen-size-sänkyä.

Yläkerrassa on kaksi täysin varustettua keittiötä ja alakerrassa on täysin varustettu keittiö. Jokaisessa kolmessa keittiössä on liesi, jääkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin ja täydellinen keittiö. On uusi alakerran ruokapöytä, jossa on istumakapasiteetti kaikille, joten suuret ateriat eivät ole ongelma.

Kävele ulos takaovesta ja pation läpi ja jalat ovat kirjaimellisesti hiekkaan. Ulkoilualueella on runsaasti istuimia, lepotuoleja, kaasugrilli, jopa tulipalo. Lisää tilaa ja vähän hiljaista aikaa, yläkerran ranta edessä parveke on täydellinen aamukahvisi ja näkymä on vain henkeäsalpaava.

Viihdettä varten jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja kaksi suurta 50 tuuman litteää näyttöä sekä yläkerrassa että alakerrassa olevissa olohuoneissa, DVD-soittimissa, ilmaisessa nopeaan WiFi-yhteyteen sekä ilmaiseen kauko- ja paikallispuhelinpalveluun. On ranta tuolit, runsaasti patio huonekalut, ja jopa hyvä valikoima rantaleluja teidän ilo. Talossa on myös täydellinen kylpy- ja rantapyyhkeet, kaikki vuodevaatteet ja peitot sekä täysi valikoima levyjä ja keittiövälineitä.

Huomaa, että emme voi majoittaa häät tai suuria tapahtumia talossa. Pysäköinti on mahdollista enintään kolmelle ajoneuvolle.
Kaikissa majoituskohteissamme on täydellinen liinavaatepaketti, ranta- ja kylpypyyhkeet, aloituspaperi, käsisaippua, astianpesuaine ja roskapussit, ilmainen pysäköintimahdollisuus ja ilmainen WiFi koko oleskelun ajan.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut loistavaa palautetta majoituspaikan yleiskunnosta. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta St. Petersburg - Clearwater Beaches. It is difficult to find a place that has five bedrooms. It had everything we needed. All 12 of us could sit at the same table for meals and fun game activities. The beach is just out the door.

Great property and location. Had the best vacation. just a couple comments about possible concerns.
Loved everything about this property. Right on the beach. Lots of space. We were 14 people. Family of 4 (2 teenagers with mom & dad) who took the room near the street w 2 beds and 2 couches. Then 4 couples. Who took the other 2 bedrooms upstairs and the 2 bedrooms downstairs. Then 2 single people who were on pull out couches (1 pull out couch downstairs and 1 pull out upstairs). FYI, there is a 3rd pull out couch upstairs - but that’s how we chose to split up the single ppl. I am not sure if I would suggest this place to 14 people unless you don’t mind people walking by the pull out couches. I think 12 people sleep most comfortably. Then the dishwasher on the main floor doesn’t clean the best and I don’t think the air worked very well on the main floor. It wasn’t too hot during our stay but that might be a question if you stay when it’s hot. Finally, the room by the road does get some noise. It only bothered me 1 night but for the most part wasn’t horrible. All of the positives really outweighed any issue we may have had. The company managing the property were really quick to address any questions. There are 3 kitchens. Each had a coffee pot, fridge/freezer, stove & oven, microwave, toaster. We were close to lots of stuff. About 1.5 mile walk from St. John’s pass that we walked in 30 mins and some of us were happy to take the local trolly/bus just a couple of stops down to st.johns pass. I had the best vacation and would definitely stay again.

Family Vacay 2023
We take a family vacation every October and this year we stayed in the Yoda Beach House it was perfect for our family of 14. The house was big enough to give each of us our own space but brought us more together as a family. We loved the location and being able to walk right out the back door to the beach. Wonderful beach access, nice large property-needs some attention
We had a good stay and thank you for the quick response in terms of replacing the grill. For the price we paid, however, I did expect everything to be working. We were told there would be a refund for the propane too that I haven't seen yet, and We did notice few things that you may want to consider repairing - some to protect yourselves. 1. We were asked to lock all doors and windows. That wasn't possible. No matter how we tried, the door behind the blue couch in the room leading out to the patio would not lock. Anyone could walk in at any time. Some of the doors upstairs didn't lock either, but it was the downstairs one leading outside that was our concern. 2. The handle to turn on the water in the downstairs shower is very loose & with the water getting quite hot it would be a burn looking to happen. 3. The grill that was replaced was trash - not useable. 4. The so-called firepit is trash. Personally, I wouldn't call it a firepit. It's a metal container where people have used charcoal to start a fire and the top is totally broken so what you have is a light weight metal container. We did like the layout of the house. It easily had enough space for 13 of us and could have held a few more easily. Between the layout of the house, the fact that the issues I've raised are easily fixed, the management was responsive, & the beach was great, we'd stay again - for sure!

Nice size for large family
House was nice size for 3 families. Very nicely decorated and amenities, especially the three kitchens appropriately supplied. Nice big table for 10 was very accommodating. Disappointed in outside landscape maintenance and lighting for the price. Both passage ways to second floor were outside, but we got used to it. Ice maker did not work in one of up kitchens and ice was and issue. Had a very nice time and cannot beat the very short distance to the beach.

Stunning Views
Yoda House was wonderful. Checkin was simple and straightforward, the place was clean, and huge! There was plenty of room for all of us to gather when we felt like it, but also have private, quiet space when we wanted. The views of the gulf from both downstairs and upstairs are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the fire pit with nightly s’mores after a day at the beach. Perfect! The grill was quite crusted over with grime, but one of our party cleaned it and it should be sparkling clean now! We had a slight problem with a broken door knob, but maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. One thing: the instructions say that the trash doesn’t need to be taken to the curb, but my husband happened to be out there when they came by and they told him it must be taken to the curb. This was a great house, don’t hesitate to book for your large group!

Perfect Place for a Large Group!!
My hockey team stayed at the Yoda House and we had the best time! Super clean, spacious, kitchens were fully loaded, BBQ grill was clean, great seating for large groups. We had enough bath towels and beach towels for everyone. Great location steps from the beach! Great view from the upper deck for gorgeous sunsets. We will definitely stay again when we come to this area! Thank you!

Spring Break 2023
With 5 different families, we were extremely happy with the Yoda House. There was plenty of room for everyone traveling with us and we loved being able to simply walk out the back door onto the beach. The house is just a short drive to John’s Pass and many other restaurants in the area. We walked to Dockside Dave’s and The Reef for dinner. I would love to be able to stay in this house again!

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Location and views of the beach are awesome. House suited all of us well with guests ranging from 22 months to age 72. Having a grill and fire pit was nice as well. Exiting driveway was challenging at times. Would definitely stay at the Yoda House again!

The house was spacious and as described right on the beach. I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could. The main floor was well equipped with a spacious kitchen, large dining room, and two bedrooms. The upper floor was essentially two separate apartments. (note there are no interior stairs between the main and the upper floor). It worked well for our family since all the children were older, but might not work for a family with small children. The location was great walkable to restaurants and directly on the beach.

You cannot beat the beach front location. We had couple maintenance issues. Although they couldn't be immediately resolved property management was very responsive & the guys that came out were great. Overall we had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Overall happiness.
The beds were very comfortable. The access to the upstairs was a little bit uncomfortable Because we had a family living downstairs and upstairs at the same time so they had to commute outside the building. The location to the beach was absolutely wonderful. The public beach next door did not seem to interfere with the privacy of our family. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little bit treacherous. Overall we would stay here again. And I have recommended this place to a couple other people. Because of the size that you can accommodate three large families with no problem. And the beach access is absolutely great you do not have to walk very far to get to the beach. Thanks to Keller’s.

Great Location
This property was just as it stated in the listing. It’s location can’t be beat. We had a total of 14 people and it was the perfect space. The beach outside the back door, and the beaches within a short drive were unbeatable. My only issue with the property was the selection of kitchen cookware was very minimal with no storage containers for left overs. I know now to bring my own next time. It would absolutely not deter us from renting this property again!! 100% worth it!!!

This was the third time we have stayed at the Yoda House. The location is great! The people are friendly We found the accommodations had been remodeled but the furnishings need updated. Almost every mattresses need to be replaced. The same couches have been there since at least 2014.
