My friend Ann manages the apartment and she also lives on the same complex so she is on hand for anything you need. Arrive at your convenience as we have a keycode system to access the apartment (no need for keys).

The apartment will be cleaned before and after your stay. No need for you to lift a finger, relax and enjoy!

WATERFRONT LIVING - Lake Tarpon Villas is a stylish, low-level apartment complex with direct access to seven-mile long Lake Tarpon (the second largest in Florida) which is great for bass fishing & water skiing. Apartment looks out onto water, boardwalks and boat docks. Often you will see fish and storks and herons right outside on the decking. Our gas-grill-BBQ is on the decking right by the waterside.

WE HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED - All vital appliances and utensils together with Cable TV with over 80 channels, DVD player. For your convenience we have a computer with free high-speed (100MB) Internet access and WIFI for your portable devices.

STUNNING VIEWS - The 2-bed apartment has a balcony which looks down onto the decking and waters from Lake Tarpon. The view outside is fantastic especially at night when the palms are all lit up.

SPACIOUS - The apartment is comfortable, clean and above all safe. Air-conditioned & family-friendly with high-chair & travel cot. The approximate size of the 2-bed is 1051 sq. feet with lovely high cathedral ceilings. An allocated parking space is almost right outside.

WHAT A LOCATION - On the shores of beautiful Lake Tarpon in the small and quaint town of Palm Harbor, just north of the famous beach resort of Clearwater with mile after mile of white sandy beaches all the way down to St Petersburg. We are also just south of the well-known tourist town of Tarpon Springs and the charming town of Dunedin is worth a visit.

The Clearwater area is a popular tourist area with many restaurants, bars, shopping malls and although they are just minutes away the road layout in this area means they are spread along the main roads that cover this area and are not suitable for walking to so you will need a car.

There is an open-air communal swimming pool. There is a Jacuzzi, sun loungers and picnic tables where you can relax alongside the boat docks and waterside.

2-BED APARTMENT - Our 2-bed apartment is on the second floor level up a very small flight of 15 stairs. There is nobody above you. Waterfront views of the lake from the balcony.

Apartment comes complete with all vital appliances and utensils together with Cable TV with over 80 channels, DVD player. Computer with high-speed (100mb) Internet and WIFI.

The kitchen has all the obvious appliances and utensils you need for cooking i.e. cooker, microwave, pots, pans, cutlery, kettle, coffee-maker etc. There is also a dishwasher and refrigerator.

The living area is very comfortable with cathedral ceiling and a sofa for three and a separate sofa for two. The sofa pulls out to make a sofa-bed sleeping another two (the apartment can sleep a total of six).

The dining area has a dining table with seating for four. In the hall is an iron and ironing board. For washing clothes you will find coin-operated industrial washer/dryers in the laundry room next to the swimming pool.

The master bedroom is large with a queen-size bed and plenty of wardrobes and drawers providing plenty of space to store all your belongings. Bedding is provided and a hairdryer. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Towels are provided.

The second bedroom has twin beds, again there is plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space for your belongings. Just outside in the hallway is a second bathroom, again with bath and shower.

AWARD-WINNING BEACHES - We are minutes away from many great beaches. Many people have heard of St. Petersburg and Clearwater but close by there are more local beaches such as Honeymoon Island, Caladesi Island, Fred Howard Park and Sunset beach. Some of these have been voted in the top ten of all beaches in America – beating off competition from California and Hawaii!

WHY STAY WITH US? Inside the apartment we have made sure it is comfortable, clean and well-equipped with everything you need to be able to sit back and relax.

ANDERSON PARK - This is about a mile up the road and also gives access to Lake Tarpon. Well worth a visit as it is absolutely beautiful. Great covered picnic areas and plenty of restrooms.

THEME PARKS IN ORLANDO - You are within easy reach of Disney World, Epcot Centre, Universal Studios, MGM Studios, Sea Life, and all the other attractions in Orlando. The drive is a very easy one as you take highway 4 all the way from Tampa towards Orlando and it takes about 90 minutes.

TAMPA - On your doorstep in Tampa, you also have a major theme park, Busch Gardens, famous for having the best rollercoasters in Florida. Tampa itself has all sorts of attractions from waterfront shopping, marinas, Lowry Park Zoo, museums, malls, sports and nightlife.

RESTAURANTS - Florida is renowned for good value, delicious food, usually served in large portions! Fine restaurants are plentiful, varying from elegantly simple to simply elegant. Menus include a wide selection from ethnic Italian, gourmet French, Japanese to “down home” barbecue or fresh fish caught daily. There are some fantastic restaurants near to our apartments in Palm Harbor/Clearwater. The choice and variety is simply amazing. Within 5 miles there are hundreds of restaurants.

SUPERMARKETS/GROCERIES - Numerous supermarkets (including Wal-Mart, Publix and Albertsons less than a mile away) as well as shops and malls (including Clearwater Mall) are also on your doorstep.

GOLF - The area is a haven for golf lovers. Within 10 miles there are about 40 golf courses! Less than half a mile away is world-famous Westin Innisbrook Resort which hosts a PGA tour event which attracts golfers such as Tiger Woods. Wentworth golf club and the Lansbrook golf course are also top courses but equally there are affordable public golf courses at which players of all standards can just turn up to play.

SPORTS - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers play in the National Football League (NFL), the Tampa Bay Lightning play in the National Hockey League (NHL), and the Tampa Bay Rays play in Major League Baseball (MLB). Six MLB teams hold their spring training camps in the area.

SWIM WITH MANATEES in Crystal River in the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park has also been recommended by previous guests.

MORE THINGS TO DO! - Nearby is the 47 mile Pinellas Trail where you can walk, run, bike, jog, or rollerblade. There are endless other activities for everyone such as great shopping, cinema over the road, water sports, scuba diving, snorkeling, museums (i.e. Salvador Dali in Tampa), art galleries, gambling at the Hardrock casino in Tampa, bowling, zoos, cruises, concerts, nightlife, parks, fishing, sailing, shelling, biking, gyms, tennis, racquetball, basketball, shuffleboard, horse riding, miniature golf, live theater, sightseeing, waterskiing, windsurfing, parasailing & jet skiing.
