Hurricane Update: This unit was not damaged in the hurricanes, and we'd love to accommodate you! The building is currently completing repairs on the ground level, you may hear or see construction workers during your stay. The elevator is fully operational, and direct beach access is available at the south end of the property. The pool remains closed but is expected to reopen later this spring. Please contact us for additional information.

Las Brisas #207 is a beautiful Gulf front corner unit condo with large balcony. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom, this is is comfortable, light and airy with over 1400 sq ft of space. Recently updated kitchen and bathrooms. Great views for watching the dolphins or the beautiful Gulf sunsets. Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom offers 2 queen beds and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and a double on the bottom, condo sleeps 9. Free wifi and phone. Offers TWO assigned parking spaces! Full size washer and dryer in unit. Great view, right over pool. Pack your beach towels and toys, as those are not provided. Las Brisas is a direct Gulf Front property located right on Madeira Beach. Relax by the pool or take a break at the tiki huts with stunning beach views in the background. Private beach access directly from the ground level. BBQ grills on-site. John's Pass Fishing Village is about a mile away, making it easy to enjoy shopping, dining, water sports, and more!

A week at the beach
Unit a bit dated, however the location excellent, close to everything, shops, grocery, restaurants. Property on ocean, steps to pool and beach. There is nothing better than family and the beach.

Beautiful condo and beach
Condo was clean. Check in/check out process was easy. Beautiful beach that was never too crowded. Pool was great and not overly busy either. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Main road is kind of busy at times but several crosswalks to get across. Johns pass only a mile or so down the road with plenty of parking for a small fee. This was our second time staying in Las Brisas and probably will be back

Condo needs to be renovated. Shaking bunk beds, washrooms poor condition. I had to go and buy a new toaster because the one provided it was very dirty. We only liked the fact that the condo was ocean front . I had to pay a fee to Vrbo , trusting that I get a decent place.

Amazing staycation
From the start the check in process could not have been easier. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. The moment we entered the room it was pure relaxation. We had everything we needed and this unit provided plenty of space for everyone in the family. The views were incredible, the property is beautiful and well maintained and we will definitely be back. One of the best family vacations ever!

Nice stay but some issues.
The property was nice but had a moldy smell when we arrived. We aired ot out and it was better. The check in was kind of a pain in the butt. The coded door could have been sent and parking passes and othe info should have been left on the counter as all other properties we used in Florida.

Unit floors were dirty, walls were dirty, ant problem. Also sustained bites on my stomach two night
Unit needed a thorough cleaning. Was bitten two nights in a row, by what I suspect was bedbugs. I found a review from two months prior to my stay, in which bedbugs were present. The furniture in the room was not the same as on the listing photos, which would give truth to the previous review, that they were switching furniture with other units, due to bedbugs. The unfortunate problem is that this spreads them. Praying I did not bring anything home.

Had to request floors to be mopped. They were dirty when we checked in. King bed in master bedroom very uncomfortable. Management responded quickly to get floors mopped. Also toilet in master BR stopped up. Again quick response. Otherwise nice condo.

The size was perfect for 7 people in our family, 4 adults, 2 kids and an infant. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer since we stayed 5 nights. The location was great overlooking the gulf, and we really enjoyed the huge balcony with our morning coffee.

Hi Kate, Thank you for providing clarification of the $70 account charge due to the damage to the wall clock. Per our phone conversation, I am providing some issues that we discussed so that a safety improvement can be made by the owner. I understand the $70 charge; however the amount seems a bit excessive for that Walmart type clock. Furthermore, the clock was not properly installed by the owner; the screw did not have a head on it to securely lock the clock in place thereby presenting a falling damage hazard to anyone who got too close to it in that corner. That corner has bar stools and chairs that make navigation a bit of a squeeze and put you close to the wall. This damage happened as we were picking up and preparing to depart. I am not looking for a refund, however I just wanted to point this out as it presents a hazard to occupants that may get too close and be injured by any sharp plastic or glass from broken wall clock. Also, the owner may want to look into the dish washer, it is extremely loud and I would not encourage anyone to run it at bed time. Some other items we noted, were the lack of beach towels, and in our experience with other rentals there was always salt ~ pepper, dish soap and coffee filters. Overall we found the place nice and we have rented places in Florida about two times per year so we do have some experience with these types of rentals. Hope these comments help the owner and your rental service to make improvements so others can have a safe and enjoyable stay. Ken Glassford

Nice Condo and location, but dirty
Loved the condo, but our feet were black from walking across the floors. There were French fries and a hairbrush in the couch, and Doritos on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The tub/shower unit had black nasty stuff in the door track. Also had a broken rusted out metal chair sitting on the balcony. The location was great. The condo was spacious and had a great layout. We were just disappointed in the lack of cleanliness.

Hidden gem

Great location and great view
This was our first time to Madeira beach and it did not disappoint. We all loved our view from the condo. The condo had plenty of room and was nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable I woke up without back pain like I do at home. We didn’t use the kitchen much. But it was nice and clean. Just a few things that told the company about there was a lamp that had been glued but still came apart a broken surge protector that needed replaced and the frosit dripped a bit in the one bathroom. Nothing that was a big deal. other then that the condo was perfect and would definitely stay there again. The view was great and we only had a very short walk to the beach.

I’ve been coming to Madeira beach since I was a kid. I love this condo complex for a variety of reasons. The location is perfect, the cabana rentals are super convenient, and the condos have always been nice. This unit was very nice. The did not have any beach towels, beach toys, or chairs for you to use so definitely plan ahead for that. You will also have to buy your own spices, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap, in addition to the normal items you would buy at the store for your stay. The floors also made your feet black when you would walk around barefoot. We weren’t sure if it was from the balcony or if the cleaning service just didn’t clean the floors well. Overall it was a good experience. Would definitely stay at the complex again.

The overall stay here was nice, but the property had its issues. The pool and beach are not private as indicated in the description. Often times the pool was crowded, as we watched from the balcony as others would cross the street and enter the pool and beach area. The stove in the condo was very nasty and had not been cleaned in while, it stunk to use it. The floors were nasty as well, after a shower your bare feet was black in a short while. The two double beds are not the best comfort for sleeping. The water was a little trashy with sea debris. The red tide made it fun coughing most of the time, but that is part of it that can't be helped. Then you have the hammering and drilling on the patio, as your 40 feet away on the beach from the workers for 2 days of your vacation. Now with highlights of the good things. We were very close to dining, shopping, and other after beach activities. The condo was large enough for four adults and two kids. The view was the greatest of any we stayed at yet!

Noisy pool area from road
The property was okay We didn't like the location of the pool. The kitchen did not have a good selection and you definately need to get basics to start.( aka salt, pepper etc.)The unit was large and beautiful but the tile floors were pretty dirty. Beautiful location on the beach, real close to water. Yes, I would stay again!
