We recommend having a vehicle but there are many options to get around easily if you do not. Ride sharing services Uber, Lyft and Taxi are readily available. The Jolley Trolley is also available in limited areas. The tourism information center is located in the parking lot at Pier 60 on Clearwater Beach.
The Host Services/Reservation Contract is effective and fully enforceable at the time the reservation is confirmed. All guests additionally agree to all House Rules. All Rules are strictly enforced clauses of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. In addition to all other terms and rules, the following House Rules apply to all reservations:
-Government-issued identification is required for check-in.
-Signed rental agreement required for check-in.
-The booking age limit is 25 and the booking individual must be present for the reservation.
-No Pets
-Maximum occupancy of 12 people.
-Quiet Time 10:00pm-7:00am per city ordinance
-No unapproved visitors or unregistered guests
-Children must be monitored while swimming.
-No parking or driving on grass.
-Do not block or obstruct security camera.
-Do not unplug Wi-Fi or home monitoring devices.
-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
-No glass in the pool or pool area.
-Rinse off sunscreen prior to entering the pool. Sunscreen oils can clog or damage the pool equipment.
-Do not add any products to the pool. The pool is maintained weekly
-Do not sit on furniture while wet.
-No sunscreen or oils in the beds. Sunscreen oil stains the sheets and they will need to be replaced.
Any violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit. In addition to the fees and forfeiture, a Violation may also result in cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. A cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract means the Guest is no longer a guest and must vacate the property immediately. This cancellation will not result in a refund of any unused portion of the reservation. The Host, or his agent, will notify you by message in your inbox with instructions to vacate the property and such other instructions as may be necessary. These instructions to vacate the property shall be enforced through notification to local law enforcement that your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled. Your continued presence on the property after this notification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. See Chapter 810, Florida Statutes. Once your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled and you have been notified to vacate the property, local law enforcement may forcibly remove you, charge you with a crime, arrest you, or give you a notice to appear in court for trespassing.
