HURRICANE UPDATE: We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and we are happy to be welcoming back guests! The beaches are open and fully accessible as well as most of all restaurants and shops! The pool is now open!!

Please note: The building will be undergoing a significant renovation project, as they are working on the balconies. During this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there may be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities.

This very spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath condominium is the perfect getaway to catch up on rest, relaxation and much needed together time! The view will mesmerize you from the moment you enter. With a large, wrap around balcony, this open and airy floorpan is filled with natural, Florida sunshine!

From the new stainless appliances and granite countertops in the kitchen to the extremely comfortable (and able to seat everyone!) living room, enjoy the open concept living area. With everything you need to prepare a chef inspired meal for the family or a more intimate dinner al fresco, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, this kitchen truly comes fully equipped! After dinner, enjoy family "Netflix" movie nights on the large, smart television in the living room.

The master suite has a king size bed, large walk in closet and an ensuite master bathroom. With a balcony entrance off of the master suite and a flat screen television within, you can choose between watching the waves roll in or, having a favorite tv show watching binge!

We had a nice time, but Appliances and locks need updates, so that’s why we give it 3 stars. Deadbolt for the front door doesn’t work. The maintenance staff came to check and said it was corroded so they couldn’t fix it. The slider doesn’t lock. The water on the fridge says replace filter. The maintenance staff said they needed to order a new one, so we never got a new one during our stay. The water on the fridge also leaks when you get water out. The dryer temperature button is broken so you have to dry everything on high heat if you use it.

The view is beyond amazing. They might need to invest in a new cleaning crew ( pieces of cookies on the floor, counter tops had food on them, cabinets had food dripped down them). Other than the above the room was great

Lovely and spacious condo with the best beach view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Our family had plenty of room, it had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week, and the beach views were the best! The rental company was excellent. We would definitely love to stay there again when we visit Indian Shores.

Great location. However lacking some amenities

Hello the location and Condo were perfect! comfortable beds, and the Condo was very clean, however it was missing some amenities there was no lounge chairs or chairs for the beach and no umbrellas or shade tents to provided some shade on the beach and no umbrellas at the pool also, whit h we’re provided in the past at the pool. My husband had to go out and buy chairs and an umbrella for the beach and pool, that were a little pricey and we had to leave them.

Loved area. Condo needs some tlc. Cleanliness of kitchen 2 stars. I had to clean before I could use. Needs some paint and new rugs. It has great potential just needs more care and love, it is tired and worn. Patio furniture needs to be replaced.

Highly recommend

This condo was exactly as advertised. Spacious with upgraded finishes and a large balcony to watch the evening sunsets. Steps away from on off the best putt putt golf courses around for the kids, the delicious Salt Rock Grill, Mahuffers bar, and Indian Rocks Beach coffee shop. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we’re comfortable the whole time. Thanks!

A Much Needed Vacation

We loved the rental, the location, the beach, the vacation. The rental unit was very nice, clean, had comfortable beds, nice amenities, nice furnishings, washer & dryer is a must, and we liked the corner unit on the second floor. The refrigerator/freezer stopped working two days in a row - it was repaired and then started smoking that night and we had to unplug it. It was an inconvenience as we had to make ice runs to move food to coolers. My only suggestion to the renters would be to have beach chairs and umbrellas/shade canopies for renters. We talked to other renters on the beach who had these included in their rentals. We would stay here again. This is a very nice rental.

Loved location!

Plenty of room for 3 small families. Beautiful condo with gorgeous views. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. There were dead bugs in corners, stains on the arms of the couch that were brown/red, and an old sock under the bed that was not ours. The big things were clean- beds, kitchen, bathrooms. Overall the location and our stay were great! We had a wonderful vacation!
