Gulf Windsin upea huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä erinomaisia ravintoloita, kauppoja ja vain hetken päässä Pete Beachin pehmeästä hiekasta ja hemmotella sinua paljon tilaa ja tyyliä.

Olohuone on mukava ja tilava, ja siinä on runsaasti istumapaikkoja. Island-tyylinen keittiöalue, jossa on uusia laitteita ja graniitti työtasoja, on varustettu kaikilla ruoanlaitto-tarpeisiisi. Beach plus a heated pool
Well located on the bay with a balcony. Across the street from Treasure Island beach. Grocery store is conveniently on the same block. Bedrooms are large and nicely furnished.

Very convenient stay
We really enjoyed this location! Charles was very prompt and communicative. The place was quiet, but the front bed room had a lot of outside light penetrating at night, but nothing could be done about the street lights and we understood that. It was awesome that there were beach chairs and beach umbrella available for us to use!!! We walked to most places as it is super close to everything! The beaches are clean and safe. NOTE: no lifeguards in the area.

Most important thing go me is the cleanliness of the place I’m staying, and I was not disappointed. The king bed did make a lot of noise, the headboard and/or supporting boards, whenever someone rolled over sounded like it might break, but it was comfortable. It seemed like a safe, nice area.

The property is in great proximity to the beach & very convenient & easy to get to dining & shopping. My only complaints are we had a few maintenance issues which once the property management was made aware of were corrected quickly & with as little inconvenience to us as possible, it’s just disappointing we had to deal with stuff like that at all on vacation. The outdoor patio area could use some TLC the fence is very tall so it blocks you from being able to see out feels like your sitting in a box & part of the fencing is missing & a tarp has been hung in its place could be cleaned up to be made to be an inviting place you’d like to sit out at & relax.

Perfect for couple, a little tight for 3 adults and child. Older rental .7Agency was excellent to work with, answering questions quickly and making repairs swiftly. Bonus was enclosed patio. Perfect for beach drop offs.

Overall Good Stay
The property was in walking distance of shops, restaurants and the beach which was great. The unit was clean and had a nice little private patio area with some shade. The one downfall was that the AC in the unit didn't really work. We had a 1 year old with us and he really struggled with the heat. It never got below 77 in the unit no mater what you set the thermostat at, which was cooler than it was outside, but we were pretty hot and sweaty the whole time.

Girls trip
This was a PERFECT condo for our trip. The location was great, we could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Minutes from the beach, restaurants, live music, shopping. The condo was super clean and comfortable. Host was attentive, helpful and easy to communicate with. Two of the girls had never been to St. Pete beach and LOVED it. I highly recommend this area and especially this condo. Perfect trip!

Great Location!
Very quite property and only a minutes walk to the beach. The outdoor space was great for early morning coffee and afternoon wine. Wonderful location with lots of restaurants/ beach bars within a few minutes walk and a Publix within a very short drive. Enjoyed the peacefulness so much I ended up extending my stay one extra evening.

Cleanliness
Loved our place but there were several things that were not clean upon our arrival. Coffee pot was dirty with grinds, dirty spatula with food particles in drawer, a few stained throw pillows on the couch, dirty tissues under bathroom sink. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to my concerns with resolution. Overall the unit was very nice, spacious and the beds, shower very clean. Loved the huge granite island in the kitchen. No issues with parking, always found a spot.

I did not enjoy working with the management for this property. Our parking permit was not ready for us when we arrived and the management did not seem think it was something that needed addressed urgently. We had to call the municipal building ourselves to set up parking. The management company did not reach out until the end of the week to state they got the permit when we had already taken care of it. The unit was clean but overall it would benefit from a thorough deep clean. The comforter on our bed was dirty. Overall the only benefit of staying here was the proximity to the beach.

We have stayed at this property before and love the location and the space it provides.
Self check-in, very responsive host, nice location right across the street from the beach and you can walk to restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream. The condo is very spacious with an outdoor gated patio and has everything you would need for your beach vacation.

Absolutely the perfect location for a simple beach vacation. Safe simple area. This is an older unit and could use some updates as far as decorating , furniture and supplies. The master bedroom is comfortable and has an insane amount of closets. It was also nice having the patio space to relax on in private. Overall it was fine for our spare of the moment trip.

Short stay in St Pete resort (Gulf Winds) to attend nearby family wedding.
Pros: Perfect location very close to the beach & wedding event, pool, surrounding stores, eateries, etc. Kitchen & master bedroom were nice size. Very large center counter for family eating. Unit was generally clean, except where noted (see Cons). Reserved parking very close to our unit. Cons: Registering parking for guests was very complicated & expensive. Our unit was more dated than expected. Only 1 bathroom available. Cleanliness of tiled floors, some dishes, and working condition of rear patio fence gate did not meet expectations.

Close to beach, but hope you're not trying to park a car.
The property itself is largely as depicted in the listing. It's very close to a nice beach. However it’s misleading for the listing to say this property comes with parking. You're given a parking pass that allows you to fight with the public for parking--this is comparable to giving you quarters for the meter but not reserving you a spot. On weekends, it's incredibly difficult to find parking if you leave during daylight hours. This isn't an exaggeration -- we took 25 min on the first day, and then found a spot only because we spotted someone leaving before the many others looking, too. The owner uses a management company (that prefers texting, not calls) and had little advise or sympathy regarding this issue. Otherwise, this was a pleasant enough property and was as described. The building layout is odd, but okay once you understand it. The complex is well maintained, and the unit was clean. And I will give credit where it's due: we had asked it if was possible to enter early, and were texted when the cleaners were done, allowing us to get in an hour or two earlier than normal checkin time. Sadly, because of the parking headaches on multiple days I will not return to this rental and would caution others to be aware of this factor when renting.
